No the share is not suspended, why would it be? Your broker just won't allow you to sell, suggest you try another one.

Have you ever actually considered that they're just running the company and it's the market and weak hands selling at huge losses relentlessly that's driving down the SP? On the flip side, it would be nice if the BoD could at least acknowledge that the company has halved in value in just over a week, silence is pretty churlish

Not a bad shout, considering absolutely nothing has changed from since this company had a market cap of double what it currently is. Absolutely zilch. Court case thrown out = likely to cruise back up to 0.0011-0.0012 range. Court case settled because ICON in the wrong (not convinced but sour LTHs assure us that this BOD is useless so benefit of doubt given) = payment made, move on. Worst case = cash shell the company, c£3m market cap, so c30% rise from today's prices.

Appreciate worse things could and have happened, but I'll be amazed if ICON have agreed a deal with EHGOS already and they are forward selling more shares that ICON have thrown at them, as a listed company surely they would need to RNS this before it occurs? I'm genuinely confused why people keep saying the price is down because of EHGOS forward selling, forward selling what? Do they still have outstanding CLNs to exercise, my understanding was that they didn't? Accordingly it feels like SP falling because of uncertainty, and weak hands getting mugged by the MMs who have allowed folks out but at a serious loss (fair play I suppose, selling at all time low is moronic in my opinion but fair enough, I expect it's people that invested money they couldn't really afford, more fool them, like mokey whatever who just posted)

If this is truly awful why isn't every single shareholder larger than a PI selling and company worth notional sum? (note, it is worth less than notional now at £2.3m mkt cap, cash shell would be worth more, especially with historical tax losses)

In order to request a EGM the individual/company requesting the EGM has to show proof of ownership or appear named on the SH list.
To this day we still have not had such verification , A TR1 can be sent from any party at the time we had no reason to question this as EHGO sold their shares to OTT in a OFFMARKET transaction.

Chill out B009, all the sells must have gone somewhere, if no1 wanted to buy the price would have tanked even further, there's always perceived value at some point and it seems we're about there with ICON. Fundamentals haven't changed that's right, if they have can you please enlighten me as to how? Have any contracts changed? Have any future earnings potential changed? Has the team changed? Has the funding structure changed? Has something happened that will stop the company trading? No to all. This is pure speculation on EHGOS and their egregious ways, if they bleed more money out of ICON then it defers profitability, which the market doesn't like, it's really as simple as that.

Heaps of cash shells worth more than this, granted most have varying stories/factors about them, but an empty shell typically mkt cap of c£3m, any sort of RTO then it booms (RLD, EUA(!), AOGL now HE1 to name a few).

Sellers at sub 0.0063 have been rinsed here, but, in the interests of balanced view and to appease resident derampers (some of whom remain invested bizarrely) - the BoD could come out and say something, I'd settle for "Sorry the value of the company you own has halved in just over a week, we'll see what we can do." Perversely a statement like that would probably multibag the SP.

Monumental decline in SP noting that absolutely nothing has changed regarding the company fundamentals, no loss of income, no dilution(yet lol), just a potential payment to shut up EHGOS (assuming ICON acted incorrectly and their claims are valid). Company has halved in value, worth more than current mkt cap as a main market cash shell!
