The fact is EHGOF think they have a claim, ICON are saying that "agreements with EHGOF were, against the wishes of EHGOF, unilaterally and validly terminated by the Company last year." So they weren't best pleased but have to have faith that ICON are using the word 'validly' correctly, and there's no comeback for EHGOF, in which case they'll get told to Foxtrot Oscar.

It's unlikely to be held up, the bigger concern is the fact they mentioned that Greencastle are maintaining contracts for mgmt of JOE media, if the situation gets sticky and they elect to terminate then it's not quite game over by notional value, maybe £1m market cap, which is c 0.003 SP.

However, this will get tossed out and SP will likely just zip back to up to previous levels, IMO

Lol B009, you said you bought in at 0.012 and it hasn't been above that since you said it, so you've either sold at a loss because you can see into the future, or you're sat on a loss yet maintain your deramping persona, which is odd, still if that's your game plan, maybe you'll lose even more money

Please do name names, I am not any of the other posters I can assure you, and there's only one 'J' in bloodninja. Here's how you can tell each poster is different:

bloodninja - pops up every now and then, usually passive agressive tone, endeavours to be lighthearted where possible
JAdam - repeats facts until you mother f**kers get them through your thick heads
OilNovice - reads longs things and translates into meaningful posts to help folks out
Redhammy - seems to just chat sh*t when having a bad day, but secretly longs for a nice rise in SP
Reprobus - more typical PI from what I can tell, seems to genuinely have a balanced view

I don't usually attack a new poster (OK sometimes I do), and I certainly don't want to appear to be reso's mate, but the YouTube video was an embarrassment by some guy who has s0d all followers and is about as intellectual as dead fish. He covers some very high level obvious info about icon, but honestly you could glean more reading the LSE forum and a couple of RNS in not much more time.

Interesting video but doesn't smack of credibility for the following reasons:

1. Put £10 on a stock?? My broker fees are £6 a trade, so to breakeven on a £10 investment I'd need a 400% rise in SP.
2. Talking about share price crash previously but no mention of market cap, which has grown considerably
3. Share price is a penny? try one hundredth of a penny mate

Otherwise a neat little summary of ICON and what they're up, albeit high level and no more informed than someone spending 30-60 minutes on lse and google

B009 posts some questionable stuff, BUT, can't deny that he called a spike in SP on the day it happened way before there was any sign of a rise. Pure dumb luck? Maybe, interesting nonetheless. What's going to drive our next spike B009?

The SP is likely to rise on decent news, the positivity is that good news is expected come. Hopefully that answers both your questions.
