Question, why is ICON saying OTT Holdings is not registered as a holder of any shares in the Company by the Company's share registrar, when on 30th November 2020 they issued an RNS saying OTT Holdings held the 5.7Bn shares they are now questioning?

ettrading that is utter pie in the sky, there has been huge share issuances since that SP. Focus on market cap, it's currently £3m ish, what do you think this company should be valued at? Next contract is pure profit pretty much, so that should really be the determining factor, as they don't have a 'next contract' yet it is purely guesswork.

A problem with OTT as well is that if they succeed then the Board departs and company is meaningless, if they are ignored then potential future shareholders will think twice because of how the board (even more so) ignores/disrespects the shareholders. I personally think it is moronic to sell out at this level, spikes go both ways, up and down, selling at the all time low is fair if you need your diminished capital back but otherwise would stick it out.

The RNS from ICON basically says that the Board are the ones driving value, so to turf them all out is counter productive to increasing shareholder value.

Fair play B009, we're still waiting on that spike you told us was coming! Every single shareholder now sat on a loss of some sort, today appears to have started with a mass of sellers and buyers subsequently popping up. Very dramatic indeed

I hate to say it, but MMs are taking the p1 55 out of sellers today, there's no1 selling that isn't taking a chunky loss right now. Fair enough, maybe it will go lower than cash shell value (c£3m), but if EHGOF get told to Foxtrot Oscar, SP rise, if ICON announce more contracts, SP rise. We will see, interesting times.

The interesting point I find here is that all the derampers now flooding the board with their hugely helpful and insightful 'I told you so' posts could not have possibly known that the decline in SP would occur from EHGOF coming at ICON with a lawsuit (particulars of which still unknown??), so they're either on the inside (although I really don't believe in such 'paid' deramp nonsense) or they enjoying a victory under the classic 'broken clock is right twice a day'.

In any case, market cap is now at cash shell value in media/tech space and generates >£1m a year in revenue, not sure what there is to be worried about. The last RNS was actually fairly well detailed with regard to the termination of the EHGOF agreement and conditions under it, I can't see exactly what they're trying to achieve through the high court case myself.

Not sure what to make of it this morning, the company gets resistance on approach from a shareholder and states they will all walk and leave the company with nothing if pursued. Don't think they like the fact they're OWNED by shareholders not the other way round. Any RNS at the moment is destroying s/h value, .008p about to collapse on bid
