Disagree, if holders want to sell at massive losses that's their prerogative, why should MMs pay people a premium to sell out? If people want to hop on board then they could do very well at these levels, or not, I'm not ramping just think it's worth pointing out that absolutely nothing has fundamentally changed since this share was 0.012 a few days ago, just EHGOS kicking off and if it does indeed turn out ICON owe them something then that will be what it will be, we'll pay it and move on.

£55K worth of sales at a pretty sizeable loss, market cap is £3m, so 1.8% of company by value sold, run for the hills! Any funds in here that have protection-of-capital regardless of loss requirements, or just PIs who invested money they shouldn't have, likely accounting for selling pressure.

Or the BoD are comfortable with the position (as they already RNS'd) and don't care about the mud EHGOS keep throwing. If we're talking a small amount, say very low six figures, it's really not going to make a material dent in the company prospects.

Yes the big funds are selling at near all time low, probably at a loss, in a bid to shaft other shareholders...doesn't quite stack up. Plus the sells are all over the place and small, doesn't look like wholesale fund disposals in the slightest.

Interesting read, as long as ICON have operated within the terms of the agreement, specifically with regard to its cancellation, then there's no issue here and EHGOS case will just be dismissed. Interesting point is that it's OTT trying to stir the pot, in a very EHGOS-like manner, anyway they'll need more than 18% of the shares to get these changes agreed and they have slim-to-none chance of getting most other shareholders on board. Feels like they've thrown some mud to see if any will stick but ultimately can't see any of this noise having much substance. The most outrageous thing would be a gradual recovery in SP and then a TR1 announcing EHGOS own a stack!

What? If OTT don't get their EGM because no other shareholder votes it through then what? They can STFU or sell. I don't really care which they do. Why do the directors need to do a deal with them? If they get their EGM and oust all of the directors the business will collapse and they'll lose all value.

I'm sure there's nothing in it, OTT own the shares, they bought them off of EHGOF in an off market transaction, so details will remain private. Odd that they haven't put in a request to update share register, I must admit I don't understand the workings of that side of things. If they want to pursue their EGM then they'll do whatever is necessary I expect. If they're successful I doubt they'll get many shareholders on board to oust the entire board and trash the company!
