In a letter to the leaders of the major political parties, they say a certification process could be beneficial "in getting more fans safely back as quickly as possible". Signatories include the Football Association, the Premier League, the England and Wales Cricket Board, the Rugby Football Union, the All England Tennis Club at Wimbledon and Silverstone motor-racing circuit.

Ahhh, the bi-monthly "new website" or "new section on the website" ramp attempt that has been going on since mid 2020 when this website was launched. Classic CTEA.

I never stated anything as fact but here's some

Staff wages need to be paid. Guys is almost £100k alone from what I can tell
They have to pay some form of rent on property
Possibly gas and electricity on that property/properties
They have just paid £320k for a company that is currently making them no cash
Consultants need to be paid
Debt repayments and interest on top
Expenses for travel, accommodation etc..

I'm sure there are plenty more that haven't come to me straight away.

In the 2019 accounts this came to around £1m

Now you tell me how they can pay that with no significant revenue. Maybe you csn list the things that CTEA will revieve revenue from. It will be a very very short list.

Hence they will need to place new shares to bring cash into the business and remain solvent. This is not deramping. They will need more cash at some point. Fact.

I think you're probably right tuvok. There has to be a placing soon as they must be running out of cash to pay wages etc..

The only RNS that's expected is on the 30th June when you can all see the horror of the year end results from 2020. Fortunately, it won't show Guy buying his mates company, which make no profit or has any customers bar ctea, for £320k and the massive wages of the directors of said company. You'll have to wait until next year to see those.

I'm terrible aren't I? I'm sorry for pointing things out. Like the fact posters were getting all giddy about the results of the trial with the Fortune 500 company but now its being swept under the carpet and never mentioned ever again. Like every other trial.

CTEA remind me of that bad gambler mate you have that always tells you when they win but never mention the massive losses that outweigh those wins. Although in this example they wouldn't be telling me about their winning bets. Just that they have placed one and are sure it will come in even though its a sausage dog being ridden by a rat for the grand national.

I see no one is commenting on them as a sign of something bad coming. I'm not saying that's the case but as soon as there are large buys all the rampers declare that it's a sign there is good news on the way and it being a good signal for the company.

Surely the logic applies both ways?

It's a strange point I see made a lot by people trying to make an argument for a stock being a good investment The notion that some person or company has bought, what to us, is a large amount must automatically mean they are going to make money.

The counterargument would be to look at all the large buyers in this company at prices way above the current SP.

They would have lost large amounts of cash. And in CTEA there are a lot more people who are currently down than there are up

3 directors for HyperMeh. I wonder what salaries they command and that CTEA are now having to pay. plus their 1 employee. ONE! so 3 directors to every 1 employee. I'd guess at £200k minimum being added to the CTEA wage bill.

Exactly Jo. ANOTHER placing will be coming along soon. If you couldn't already see you're being taken for a ride with this share and you still can't see it after they have bought a former directors tiny company for £250k then you need your head testing.

We disagree hugely on the validity of CTEA as a company but JAdam doesn't come across as one of rhr idiots on here posting months old articles or blindly claiming there will be news tomorrow/dayafter/next week every single day with no reasoning behind it.

If I said I was signing a contract with CTEA our procurement manager would have to do checks on them first. I very much doubt CTEA would be approved by him. I'd have thought they would be flagged as a risk of insolvency based on their balance sheets.

Some good points JAdam. I have no experience of working with accenture so I'll take your steer on that. I have never worked directly with the NHS but I do work in the IT infrastructure industry for one of the UK's largest websites. I'm well aware of how bad the NHS systems are on the back end.

Seeing as you work in IT can you tell me why anyone would choose to award a contract to, or consult with, CTEA rather than a company who has a decent looking balance sheet and actual clients who can recommend their product or provide a case study, without just saying 'blockchain' or 'gdpr' to me. Why would anyone choose CTEA when there a companies like IBM, Mvine and iProov offering the same products? The IBM solution even runs on blockchain.
