I would suggest people who make comments like "Stop moaning, get in now, sit back for 2 years and become a millionaire." aren't or are being disingenuous and trying to lure green investors into buying this massively high risk stock.

Don't forget what happened to the assets that UOG had in italy, egypt and the UK. It's not just Jamacia where UOG has proven they don't know how to manage assets.

If anyone still posts here from years ago, ask them what their shares are now worth. When they started trading there were 120million shares. There are now over 4 billion. That's a massive dilution and the longer they don't actually make any money this will continue.

Even in December they extended expiry dates for almost 490 million warrants. That's more dilution.

So it's not a case of buy now and wait. You buy now and in 10 years your shares are worth a lot less due to dilution. If I bought £1000 at 2.5p when they first floated it would be worth around £53 now. So I'd need the company to be worth 18times more than is it now to be break even on my initial investment. That's not even talking about the poor people who bought when the share was over 5p.

I'm sure there will be some figures released from the next surveys being planned in and everyone will get excited. Then more years will tick by with more dilution and whoever buys now will be in the same situation as those people who bought years back at 2.5p

Almost nothing. This will continue for another 9 years if they can keep getting placings away to fund Brians salary and people are silly enough to invest in this stock.

Brown envelope, contracts warded to other companies they own/are invested in etc.. This is just another shady AIM company

The directors are taking almost £400k in wages between them every year for accomplishing nothing in, what is it, 8 years now? How is that not a lifestyle company. That's not including the millions of shares they have give themselves. And am I reading that they get a 9% increase next year on their wages. I wouldn't mind but last year the company forked out 200k on performance. Performance of what?

You're correct, it takes years to get a project like this producing. We're nowhere near producing though. We've taken the amount of time to get a mine into production just on getting the feasibility study sorted.

They were saying they were making good progress on feasibility studies for BKM back in 2017. If they had been putting in as much work as you said then we would be much further down the line now. It does not take 8 years to asses if an asset is worth drilling and how much it would cost.
