I'm not sure on this mafioso
"In addition, there is also the imminent opening of the first recycling plants which will be immediate revenue making"
Its been imminent since Feb so I think were past the point of using that word now. Due maybe. Not imminent. And as another poster says. Why will it be profitable if it wasn't before?
Positive? You must live in alternate reality to the rest of us. That RNS almost confirmes they are going to eventually delist.
A claim against them still being made by hyperneph and they are counter claiming. So legal costs.
No mention of the accounts at all. The very reason they suspended hasn't been mentioned. No explanation for why they still haven't got them out and no mention of any date when they intend to publish them.
"There has been no material change in the Company's financial position since it was last updated on 17 May 2022"
Feel free to point out anything that is untrue about my last post Interise.
If you still can't see what is going on here then I'd suggest that serious investing isn't for you. I'm not trying to be insulting, this is genuine advice.
I've tried to warn people for over 2 years about this company and all I've gotten for it was abuse and accusations that I'm just a bitter ex holder (I've never held CTEA stock). All the time the SP has gone lower and lower and the business has made zero progress. There have been spikes but they have been pump and dumps on fluffy news. Just burning through cash for their wages. Even worse than their very healthy salaries was buying a former directors business for over £200k when it had 0 customers. The business is not real. It's a front. I called it when. the Hyperneph RNS first came out and the man who answered sounded exactly like Mr Meyer himself from all the interviews. I asked who i was speaking to but was just told it was Hyperneph. I enquired about some of their services. About cloud hosting etc.. Being in the industry myself, it was instantly clear they were just blagging it. The Mystery Meyer on the end of the phone didn't have a clue. Why don't you try and make contact with CTEA or Hyperneph and see how you get on.
CTEA was suspended because the accounts would not be published on time. How many times do you see that? NEVER. Companies will just ask for an extension and then publish a month or 2 after they were due. They don't get suspended. It's almost a month since they said they would publish them now and nothing has been said.
CTEA is brown bread.
Yes, its dead. In reality its been dead for about a year but rampers like nbul and investing incompetents like Bradley have tried to give the illusion the business was making any sort of progress when all that has happened is the BOD have lined theirs and their friends pockets at the expense of share holders.
Of course I'm keeping an eye on the company.
You might want to read back through my posts as you might be confusing me with someone else. Never once did I say this is going to 2p. I rarely make price predictions. I had an issue with the fact they never mentioned the EA but I have never claimed I had an issue with it not being approved yet. I just wanted communication from the company.
Where have I masqueraded being here for anything other than just keeping an eye on this company. I don't think I have?
I'm not trying to justify anything. It's my money so I can sell when I want. The only person I need to justify my sell to is myself.
2 posters made comments about past sellers and whether they would buy back in. I was just answering the question. You do know message boards are for discussing stocks don't you?
This board is not just for holders and also not just for people who are very bullish on the company. Not everyone shares the same opinion and if you want somewhere that only allows positive posts from current holders then I suggest that you use telegram with all the other loonies who think it's a good thing to only ever hear one side of the story and have the ability to remove anyone who suggests otherwise.
I'm not on here being insulting and I'm not just on here ****ging off the company so what's your issue?
As one of the sellers, I wont be buying back in. I'm glad most investors are doing well out of it but from my point of view nothing has changed. I still have concerns around the way all the companies are connected thst are signing contracts with each other.
Good luck in your investment.
In your opinion. Not mine and many others who sold though.
Yes, £900k is possibly going into #TM1. That's good.
It's the fact that every piece of business they have done is with a company owned by their own directors. Pay for a mining survey. Use a company owned by a director to do it. Potentially sell 10% of mining licence to another company. Do it to a company owned by a director. It's money flowing between co's owned group of directors and I'm surprised there is only me that sees this as a little suspicious.
When I start to see transactions that bring money into #TM1 and don't involve a company owned by a current director of #TM1 then I'll possibly start to re-think my opinion of #TM1's long term prospects.
Regards the EA permit. I probably have as much as a clue as anyone else on this board as to when or if it will be granted, which is zero. In my personal experience of investing I've found that EA permits tend to drag on a lot longer than expected. That's clearly been the case so far as they had the plant as down to fully open a few months ago. I'm not sure it will even get though by this year but that is entirely my personal opinion (guess) so don't take that as any form of fact.
I'm one of the sceptics
Am I disappointed I sold. Yes and No. Yes I'm disappointed I didn't wait a few weeks longer. Maybe in the future I could have even got out with a profit but I didn't want to take the risk. I'm not disappointed I'm out as the latest RNS just further confirms my suspicions that this is a lifestyle company. Look at the bottom of the RNS. Every little bit of business TM1 does ends up with a director getting a kickback from it. Here's the RNS extract.
Related Party transaction
"The Proposed Sale and grant of option are deemed to be related party transactions for the purposes of DTR 7.3 as Chang Oh Turkmani, a beneficial owner of the Buyer, is also a Non-Executive Director of Technology Minerals Plc and beneficial owner of 55,555,556 ordinary shares amounting to 4.37% of the issued shares in the Company."
No, it really isn't SGF. That RNS is another alarm bell today. Something is not right here and I think I might have to cut my losses. I'm 38% down but paying other companies they own for work, buying shares with other companies they own and the CFO jumping overboard after such a short time is not just coincidence. I think this could be just another shady AIM company.
Maybe I'm wrong but I'm not often wrong on these calls. I can't always pick the winners but I always seem to be able to spot the dodgy ones.
Quite possibly basta, yes. (Serious answer)
CTEA could well have run out of money and is unable to raise anymore via placings because of them having no real business for people to invest in.
The warrants that you say will fund the plants wil also likely stifle the share price as warrant holders cash in along the way. There are a LOT of warrants and there is no way a good chunk of them won't be sold off for a quick profit. Obviously some warrants are locked in but they're in the minority.
This is my largest holding but I'm looking to get out now. A few things have spooked me.
0 numbers since listing. No details on who is going to be using the plants. Someone has to pay for things to be recycled. Who is it and how much are they committed to? Do we actually have any business lined up for the plants?
The delay in financial reports just adds to the above. I've only ever seen this used as a delay tactic to try and move business and sp on before announcing poor results. Even if it were a genuine delay its not a good sign that a company can't get their accounts on time.
But the biggest one for me is that they paid Aurum £78k for exploration work (in warrants). Aurum where Scott ROBB Wilson, who is a director of TM1 just happens to also be a director. It smells too tory like for me. Essentially paying themselves for work.
And how have you come to the "generating decent revenues" conclusion. Weve currently no idea how utilised the plants are or will be. Im getting bad vibes from the lack of numbers here. The acid battery plant has been open around a month and there has been no update on what its been doing.
The day isn't over yet.
Expect us to have two feet in the 2p zone tomorrow, after that RNS. Delayed results are never good and the market won't like that news. I know I don't.
I'm disappointed that they haven't got the lithium ion plant online in March as they said. It was supposed to be Feb at first then March, now April. The SP will drift further until it gets opened. I think we're at a point where the RNS will now stop the rot but not really kick the SP into life like I thought I might have originally.
I think to see this SP really kick on we need some financials or details around contracts for usage of either plant.
You're wrong biglad. Bradley said so.
It was literally there in black and white for everyone to see that this company is/was a scam but some people didn't care as they just wanted to rqmp it at the expense of gullible investors and some were just too stupid to see it even though many others and I tried to warn you
They need it soon. I think thr market is waiting for that update before it will react.
And then we need news on who is going to be using these factories or some numbers on whats gone through the floor and how much cash its brought in. Otherwise the SP will drift.
Fair enough. It's a theory. Good luck
Still not answered the seller question though ;)
