Pointless contracts and vaugue RNS'11 Aug 2021 17:45
I'll re-post some things I've posted recently before the latest RNS came out. It was already obvious that all these 'deals' are just plants to make it look like the company is progressing but they're not. Every company that has struck a deal (with almost £0 income) has been tied back to Guy in somehow. Friends company. Former member of staff, company next door or in the same building.
"Then came the final results showing that it was all smoke and mirrors. Every RNS this company release is written in a way to make things sound a lot better than they are. They're written in a very vague manner so they can be interpreted as positive, when there is not actually substance to them. There are never any figures in them about how much money a deal will bring in or how the deal even works. How the product will be monitised.
Every deal also is highly spacious. Deals with friends company. Deals with former directors. Loans given to ctea by former staff members which are repaid very fast and with a massive interest rate. Companies that are registered at the same address. Deals with companies that, when you check, just happen to be operating out of the building next door to CTEA. its so obviously corrupt its unreal."
"Not one single trial/JV/Consultation has been done where it's not just been a friend of CTEAS. Not one! Company next door, company where guys brother works, company where ex CTEA CEO runs it It reeks of corruption. It's like the government shade with plenty contracts for millions being handed out.
The difference is here is that Guy has no gov connections so these deals bring in nothing. All those dodgy dealings we have read about in the papers, the gov ends up paying millions to shady companies set up months ago to a friend or neighbour. I could see the logic if that was the case here. It's not though. The link-ups are just used to then RNS an 'amazing' business venture that never gets mentioned again."
