CTEA have RNS'd literally anything that could be taken as a positive. Contracts worth nothing and free trials. I think its a very fair assumption that if they had a single penny from Afrikid, synovate etc.. they would be shouting it from the rooftops. Therefore, the income is known.

I don't think anyone is saying the placing is to pay for the purchase of guys mates company. Just that the purchase of hyper-meh along with all their bills and no income, means they must be running out of cash soon.

Didn't Brian say a few weeks ago they weren't looking at acquisitions yet? What makes you think there is one coming? They would need a lot more than £300k for an acquisition

CTEA just answered an open call from the government to provide evidence. It was open to the whole country. Even I could jave sent in evidence. The government never asked CTEA anything direct. Can you please stop implying the government reached out to CTEA? They did not

It's been a year since their first free trial and there have been at least another 3 since that one. How much validation do they need? All that validates for me is their product is no good or too expensive. Otherwise, someone would have signed up for it by now, surely?

It's not like they have an infinate amount of time on this. COVID will go away at some point and the more time that goes on then the more time other companies with better/cheaper products will snaffle all the customers up.

Of course a placing is coming. They have no income and lots of bills/wages to pay. Me and the other so-called cretins have been warning you of this for months.

Then we'll be warning you of another placing in 6-12 months time when they run out of money again when they still don't have any contracts but have had another 59 free trials. Free trials that they seem more than happy to RNS when they start, to build everyones hope up. Free trials that don't go anywhere but funnily enough they never RNS to let you know the trial has ended and the company aren't interested in paying any money for their services.

My point still stands. CTEA have just responded with their input. They have in no way been asked to do anything by the government. It's even open to individuals so I could submit evidence.

See, this is why biglad and I post. That's not really true and it's not fair to new investors to get the impression that CTEA were somehow hand-selected by the government. CTEA applied to an open invitation that to government-issued. Literally, any company could apply.

Well said gkb. We all have a right to post here, even if we weren't invested. I knew someone would just tell me to sell. I may do or I may not. I'm giving it until the end of the week to decide. I imagine I'll hold on until the drill results at a bare minimum.

Actually there is one positive. He didn't sell them all. Im still invested here but this news has made me uneasy. It doesn't matter how good your assets are if they're mismanaged or squandered on wages and bonus'. If Jamacis came off this would all be history but a lot of oil companies have something like Jamacia that promises billions of barrells. Until we have financing and infrastructure for it then its just land off the coast sitting there.

Am I missing something here. But Why exercise them now. It makes no difference. It would actually be better to take them when the SP is higher as the ones he sold would be sold at a higher price. If Brian was aware of an acquisition or some other great news and he has exercised and sold some at this price he isnt as great as everyone is making out. The warrants are that price until they expire so I can't see how anyone can out a positive spin on him taking them now as opposed to later on when the SP is higher.
