Looks like Cionnathagad's posts have been erased? Unfortunately that renders this thread unintelligible. Presumably rules were broken, but it's a shame an apparently knowledgeable dissenting voice had to be been silenced, as it is often instructive to hear and test opposing views. One thing C was worried about was excessive borrowing for growth via acquisition. Frankly, anyone thinking that way should have simply sold up and invested elsewhere, as the company strategy is clearly stated as rapid expansion to reach critical mass. As it turns out, ORPH have begun to achieve their objective by successfully offering shares instead, which was always a predictable option. The first such acquisition could be seen as the hardest, overcoming inertia, but successful integration, if achieved quickly, will put ORPH in a stronger position for the next, and from then on momentum can drive the process. Surely all the founders experience and separate skills are valuable in this tricky process? As C isn't here to justify incorrect assumptions, can we assume they would be contrite, apologetic, and humbled by events? We'll never know. Of course, it's too early to guess if ORPH will turn out well, but so far they are doing exactly what they said they would, promptly. Long may it continue.
