Forget fundamentals and p/e. I have just replaced my fence. The bolts were bought from screwfix, they were at least half the price of anywhere else. I bought a ryobi drill for £99 from b&q. It was £143 on Amazon. Don't look at stats look at the state of the country. People are tight for money. At the moment screwfix are cheapest, a bit like sportsdirect are. They have a business model that will win. Try telling tesco!

Wassatt is right IMO. Anyone, like myself, investing in this is taking a punt. You can ignore x-phonics, diablo, verdes they are just names given to this new venture. DB and Helium would not have initiated this project without having a good plan and potential acquisitions in mind. Why anyone would sell below 0.75 is a mystery to me. The future prospects are not guesses but estimates based on the prior business skills shown by DB with COMS. I would have thought that Verdes is one of the cheapest and quickest routes to accessing AIM funds for a new business. The people who previously had Verdes shares are very lucky just as the people investing in the company now will be in a few months time.

I think the sockets with the remote control are over priced compared to competitors products also on Maplin. The future is with the app related products. They are ahead of the field with a few glitches to sort - like the latest app review which comments on their broadband speed dropping significantly with the rf box connected. However, marketing must be poor considering the number of downloads. I do want the price to drop so I can buy more at a cheaper price. I hope the sp will go down in the near term and then increase massively in the long term. However, like all share buying it's really gambling.

If you check google play you can see the app has been downloaded less than 5000 times. Anyone buying the product from maplin or amazon or ebay or b&q would need the app. I think megaman will stall on their ordering until the items start selling. When it is down to 0.5 i am going to buy some more if the app donload has increased.

One day in dec or jan megamann will announce a big purchase of the remote radiator controllers. When that happens the sp will be up between 2p and 4p. As the saying goes " you have to be in it to win it"

I was about to buy at 0.67 - left it too late and got in at 1.00 I want some more of these because it is a guaranteed long term bet. However, I am now going to wait for it to drop further before I buy more. Might sound like a strange comment for somebody who owns these shares, but I think in a few years these will be between 30p and 60p. If I can get some more at 0.5 I will make a fortune. The customer service from the company is good. The product has no serious competition in the uk. It is sold by amazon, bq etc. It is a selling feature for any new home. Useful for old people's houses as mobility becomes an issue. Come on 0.5 !!!

Control4 ctrl on nasdaq is a similar company in us. Cisco made a 20 million dollar investment which has doubled. One of their representatives said home automation will grow to 14 trillion dollars over the next decade. If you look at screwfix they only sell lightwaverf. Amazon buyers give it good reviews.

The company is based on a website and an idea. Most 16 year olds could make a better site than this. They claim to have made the nhs 25 % savings but haven't even got a bandage for sale that i could find. However, the idea is brilliant and if the new investment sorts out the site it could be brilliant. At the moment i will not be buying the 33p shares i'm offered.

Have you tried accessing the website - rather than just looking at the homepage. It is really funny.

If you are unsure whether this is a good business model, all you need to do is- Register a fictional company and then try and buy something from the e-marketplace. If for example you are in medical supplies and follow the link for 'cotton wool balls' the only product offered is a 'bat and ball'. If you want to buy some paper - the item offered is a 'demo web page'. It reminds me of dial-up internet from 1999. Maybe the recent investment will correct all this, but if you look at the owners attempt to sell 'plc' start up plans you quickly realise what is really happening. I think the potential is fantastic, but as a person who has similar qualifications to the owners, the business skills are limited for people like us.
