I can understand a person who has bought shares trying to promote the company. They are hoping that the share price rises and their holding increases in value.

A person who is spending their time trying to ‘rubbish’ a company must be doing it for one of 3 reasons:

a) they sold at a loss and are bitter, by spreading bad news the sp decreases and this confirms they were correct to sell

b) they want the price to drop so they can buy at a cheaper price. They then change their username and actively promote the share until they sell. Then they change their username and press repeat. This is what I think you are doing.

c) person without a proper job or skills who is paid below minimum wage to write negative comments on lots of shares to try and affect the price for wealthy individuals to profit from. Let’s hope you’re not in this category as it is the lowest of the low.

This website has free to use tools to compare salaries for directors, relative performance etc. You need to register but it’s then free to access information.

It is a little behind the curve because it does not have the latest revenue figures which are, in my opinion exceptional. When these are added it will make the current share price seem incredibly cheap. It rates director rewards as typical.

I don’t understand all the negative posts. If you read the small print at the end of the presentation it clearly advises people that this is high risk, you could lose all your money, nothing is guaranteed. The people on this site have typically taken the risk and bought in to the companies plans. If you aren’t invested why are you so obsessed with trying to scare people into selling. Often with immature comments. You must have a hidden agenda to spend so much time writing your drivel. Is it a bit like people who write negative reviews to harm a competitors business or are you paid minimum wage in a ‘call centre’ environment trying to encourage people to sell at a low price before the share price increases again?

Some of their products are estimated to be on the shelf in several years time. I regard this investment as a long term purchase. Any day to day fluctuations are irrelevant. Cimetra however could be a big short term game changer. Just need phase III approval. They are clearly not putting all their eggs in one basket - dementia, COVID, epilepsy, cancer, cerebral palsy......
Only need one of them to be successful and the potential could be massive.

I have sent the company an email asking for further clarification of this target. If you read the RNS carefully it states at ANY TIME. Therefore, it’s not a target because it’s already been achieved. Instead it appears to be a guaranteed payment regardless of the future share price.

I still have belief in their products but today’s RNS was very disappointing.

I think the targets are too low. A 10 day trading avg of 125% of 7c is just under 9c. It has already achieved this. From 18th Feb to 3rd March the 10 day trading average is 10c. This is close to the second target of 150% which is 10.5 c. I don’t suppose there’s much we can do about this but it seems like a fairly low hurdle to step over.

Let’s hope the news they have said which is in the pipeline is good.

Hi Mazik, I bought at 7p and am still very confident that I have made a good investment. It does sound like there’s more positive updates in the pipeline.

In my opinion the share price rose yesterday due to plenty of positive news about legalising recreational use of cannabis, a bit like the knb price rose. I think the price is more closely linked to news than buy/sell ratios. Today’s news could have us expecting the price to double today, however I think instead of gaining confidence from the price rising use the abilities we have as humans that a trading algorithm doesn’t have and realise the longer term potential.

If you want a safe bet choose the water board. It goes up by 3% then down by 2.5%. Long term it’s a winner. The bank only pays 0.0001%. The problem is that without warning the safe bet in Tesco, water board, Lloyds goes from 600p to 25p and you lose nearly all your money.

The alternative is a speculative share like this. It regularly drops by 1% and appears to deplete your hard earned savings and therefore you sell at a loss. If instead you have belief in the idea, like I do, you wait for those few days where it increases by 100%, 250%. When those days arrive out of the blue you will not be able to buy shares. They will not be available. You have to own them before the news is released to benefit.

At least the people shorting this are upfront about their motives for writing drivel. At the moment in Australia it’s down 3% - not too much to get excited about. Why should it go up at the moment? No particular reason. There’s been no news released.

When an RNS is released with news that will change the future earnings, this will shoot up and only those holding prior to the news will benefit. Those who are trying to work out the sp, is it 3p or is it 4p. In my opinion they’re taking the wrong approach. It’s not about what it’s worth now but the future potential I’m interested and investing in.

If you look at my recent posts you will see revenue. The posts on here today are very encouraging. If IG is genuinely closing shorts that’s great news. They are not prepared to risk the potential upswing if their clients are shorting it.

In my opinion (for what it’s worth) this will rise on Thursday by a reasonable amount. This will draw attention over the Bank Holiday weekend when potential investors are considering what to do with their next year’s ISA funds. They will then compete to buy on Tuesday and the sp will rocket. However, the alternative is that the GM tells us nothing new and we retreat to 3p. As long as you are in this for the next 3-5 years as mentioned in the latest VOX release the short term price is irrelevant.

I feel sorry for the Wolf if he’s sold today. I’ve been in shares for many years and this is definitely not the time to sell. The webinar on Wednesday has been carefully planned and timed. In my opinion they are about to announce why they just raised money for the company. They also want shareholders to approve the incentive shares. This will require a promise of jam for tomorrow. The people to benefit from this meeting are those who hold shares prior to the meeting. From my experience I expect the sp to rise on Monday and reach 5p by Wednesday. After the announcement on Weds I can imagine it reaching 10p by the following week.

In Australia it closed at .072 yesterday. On March 8th it was 0.06. The company has just raised over $600 000 at a price of 0.065. Surely this is the new ‘bottom’. I would expect it to only increase from 0.065 (Oz prices). Big institutions offering that amount of money will have confidence in their investment.

Roby Zomer is an entrepreneur. He might not be as successful as Elon Musk but he has similar characteristics. Elon was with PayPal before being with Tesla. If you think this is the start of something big then put in money you can afford to lose. Leave it alone and hope for the best. If the sp is 2p in a month that is irrelevant. The only 2 important prices are the one you buy at and the one you sell at. If the second price is higher then you made a profit.

I have too much experience of being too late. No body knows what is about to be announced at the webinar, however, it has been called for a reason (promoting the company). I would be very surprised if they didn’t announce a major project with a corresponding revenue stream. Too often I have waited for the news to be released and then bought. This is too late , the price has doubled before you buy. This time I’m ahead of the curve, I’ve bought before the meeting and will continue to throw more in. After the agm you’ve missed the boat. Buy before it.......
