Bot, if the US interest rate cut materialises as expected this evening, how much of an impact do you think it will have on the share price?

We have to get through the budget tomorrow too which may see another drop. I can only find a few positives, that is an interest rate drop in UK and maybe one too in US in December. We also have our results a week before Christmas and who knows what that will do to SP.

No idea, all cruise stocks down. I fear this will open 100p down tomorrow.

Aspers, you’ll be pleased that US markets finally had a good day and we should see the SP rise by around 38pence on Monday morning. Let’s hope it’s the start of an upward trend and get you moving towards your £22.

Aspers, a tiny glimmer of good news is that New York Fed Reserve President Williams has said there is still room for an interest rate cut in December. If it does happen it will help with all our debt. I know it’s not much but after the last week or so it’s a tiny piece of positive.

Nvidia good results will hopefully lift all stocks tomorrow.

Bit of a rally at the end of US session, might open tomorrow only 30p down.

US government shutdown should end this week, maybe even as early as later today which should give all stocks a boost.

It really is an extraordinary run especially considering how far it dropped a while back when they announced they were buying the remainder of Hang Seng bank. Its ex divi today as well so even better.

Yes. Dividend is approx 7p so share price will open minus 7p on ex dividend day. It often goes down more than the dividend but it sometimes goes up

I think we are all going to need to go for a long walk today. Everything is down today, US futures all down, FTSE down probably due to talk of raising taxes in budget. The only positive is exchange rate on dollar is just under 1.31. We will either see a sharp rise or a sharp fall at around 11.30 when Norwegian announce.

Norwegian Q3 results on Tuesday, let’s hope the market receives them better than Royals results. Also a small chance of BOE cutting interest rates on Thursday. A few positives but I’m missing the wisdom of Bot.
