well the market assigs negative value as it does not have the info/knowledge re; the PSA's to make an informed judgment, unlike ARA, Aminex and Wentworth who are or will be shortly, completely in the know, and I wouldn't mind betting Wentworth would be very interested in a share of Ruvuma.

what if the Zubair and Aminex agree a joint perches according to their % holding in the Ruvuma 50/25, so Zubair pays cash to acquire 2/3 of Solo and Aminex shares to acquire the remaining 1/3 ? and the hopefully with the receivables owed, would go to fund the extra share of the work programme ??
