" and then @ Fridays price is awarded £344,000 in shares?" cperkin, but surly Robert Ambrose has to pay the nominal price for them, €0.001, so at current share price there is no profit it for them, or until they rise above nominal price ? can someone clarify this please
i'm no expert London, but looking at the two separate RNS grants of options 5th feb and Fri 1st May and the 4/b (Nature of the transaction) seem somewhat different between the two, so may be Fri "GRANT OF NOMINAL VALUE OPTIONS OVER ORDINARY SHARES" indicate no need for the Exercise Price(s) as it has already been stated as being the nominal value. I would also add if they were free and nothing to pay, then how could they be classed as an option?
5th Feb 2020 4/b)Nature of the transaction ...…….. (GRANT OF OPTIONS OVER ORDINARY SHARES)
01 May 2020
4/b Nature of the transaction (GRANT OF NOMINAL VALUE OPTIONS OVER ORDINARY SHARES)
so if the options are exercised, whats that, about 4% to be added to number of shares currently in issue and would have an effect of diluting the share price by 4% ? I really don't know enough to justify these options, but the share prise was down 8% Fri for reasons that totally escape me.
05 February 2020 Nature of the transaction (GRANT OF OPTIONS OVER ORDINARY SHARES) Price(s) and volume(s) Exercise Price(s) STG 1.02 PENCE ? Volume(s) 8,000,000
01 May 2020 Nature of the transaction (GRANT OF NOMINAL VALUE OPTIONS OVER ORDINARY SHARES )
So as I understand these option that have been granted, is, if they want to take up the option's of these shares, then they have to pay €0.001. ???
"attracted by the acreage" yes, that's what we're all here for, share holders, management, APT, Zubair's, all for Ruvuma's rather interesting, to say the least, geology.
no not quite that long Tanz, you beat me there, but still a bloody long time, I think it was when they first discovered KN-1 GAS, did I just say GAS ? LOL.
begrudge? no you, and all us long term holders in fact any serious investor deserves all the luck we are (eventually) going to get : )
chairman statement "Our 2020 Work Programmes and Budgets, for all licences in Tanzania, have been submitted to the government for approval and includes a gross contingent budget of approximately $40 million for Ruvuma PSA. The programme includes the drilling of the Chikumbi-1 well and the acquisition of an extensive 3D and 2D seismic survey over the Mtwara Licence"
yes matherdj Dunder, the A/R is waiting on formal (completion of the Farm-Out and the transfer of operatorship to APT) like you say " Aminex aren’t capable of completing the work programme agreed with the extension" so couldn't put their names to the company's (going concern )
