Clearly this is a tactic MA uses but he won’t do himself any favours by coming across like an obsessive psychopath.

Who do they think is going to fund their celebrity influencer marketing campaigns? These guys are more stupid than I thought. Clearly MA spotted this a mile off and is blocking this company from going bankrupt. I know full well he won’t let his millions go down the toilet

The way I see it shareholders got a kick up the A** for 3 years an no apology for it. Today Kamanis got a kick up their A**. Let’s see if they feel the pain.

Today is the first day in a very long time when you seen no post from the Kamanis. Finally they are focusing rather than pretending.

MK will now prove whether he was true to his word around shareholder inclusiveness. His next step has to show he has shareholders front and center of every decision made going forward. Any slip up and it’s game over for the Kamanis.

Well BoD have a choice. They can ignore MA and put MK back in the CEO post and start offloading the brands and scale down Boohoo portfolio. Get Umar fully running PLT and this should naturally lift the SP. Alternatively look at doing a deal with MA and add him as a director for input and jointly agree on a suitable CEO. Plenty of options imo

If you are under £1. I think there’s a good chance you will break even or turn a profit. If you’re over…. Average down if you can and want to. My view is that all this mess will be very volatile with high spikes. I would love to see this SP blow over £1 but I don’t know how realistic that is anymore.

Markets like certainties. Today was not that impactful…. We need decisions. BoD need to get on with it…. Shareholders need answers.

End of the day… the main goal is to restore these brands. Make boohoo profitable again and get the SP back to a respectable level. If MK can’t find steward very quickly…. He will get hounded by MA. The clock is finally ticking.

I can see why MA is panicking. He does not want to be out of the negotiation conversations when “Debenhams” gets put up for sale. He wants total control over that 1 outlet. It’s all he wants for Christmas lol

Can you imagine MA and MK in a room? They both must have big egos. Not a good mix.

What could be possibly leaked? Let’s not forget the group has been provided a life line on the facilities over the next two years. That would have been signed off based on a forensic check over the groups books. Boohoo has assets, stocks and brands that can be sold to support the business. I wouldn’t panic

Who knows…. Boohoo may get an offer for the whole group.

Nothing stopping MA from crossing 30% and making a complete bid for the lot.
