Kamanis brought in so this has to show a sign of confidence and not relied on other shareholders.

So what’s the gain here? I’m not really seeing the point in all of this unless there is going to be a benefit shift to the sp.

To me…. This is all very odd. The RNS sounded like MK are avoiding Frasers at all costs. In the end they both purchase the shares. Why would MK allow MA to buy more shares? Clearly they already spoke to MA and they both agreed on this strategy.

MA should just offer a decent price. If boohoo have already locked in the funds from shareholders…. MA will lose at EGM anyway. From pi shareholders pov this is going to get messy. If market likes the update and pushes the sp then boohoo will be ok. If it drops…. Then other shareholders buying in is a waste of time as they lose money either way.

This looks pretty good to me.

Medium Term Guidance:

· Debenhams: target +£1.5bn GMV pre returns with double digit EBITDA margin

· Youth Brands: +£1.8bn GMV pre returns combined today. 6-8% EBITDA margin target

· Karen Millen: premium, high margin brand. Double digit EBITDA margin target

So from this… can we assume the other shareholders prefer to side with the Kamanis then? Results were not brilliant but not as bad as I thought. Debenhams / KM is making a huge impact. For me the other shareholders will only buy / up their stake based on the speed and returns based on Debenhams being front and centre.

What I don’t understand is why are they not selling assets to raise funds?

If these institutions actually buy the shares. Are they buying on the point the company has legs?

Either one needs Schroeder’s n Camelot on their side.

The large Shareholders will only side with MA or MK. If MK doesn’t convince them with the new CEO then it looks like MK days are numbered. If MK wins them over I don’t see how MA can pack his bags and move in.

IF the other shareholders back MK…. Then clearly they believe in a turnaround plan. This could move the sp quite nicely.

The market will only react to news. So far… no news… no reaction.

To be fair… the more MA applies pressure… the more boohoo are getting their finger out to do something constructive.

So this role is given to a person who already works at Boohoo as a finance director. His new role is clearly now wider… project driven in the capacity of either improving the current portfolio by identifying “gaps” or completely re-structuring the portfolio which may include new positions and getting rid of staff / brands.

Asos large shareholder - Barker invests another few bags. We know Camelot are invested here. Shame he’s not putting more here. On the positive note… he’s not pulling out.
