This sp won’t move as it does not know what direction to take. If both MK / MA are shareholder minded… they should be open and honest and give the market direction instead of acting like dogs fighting over a bone.

Who knows MK may have a buyer for some assets with a deal agreed before Dec vote. I doubt MK is going to wait until Dec to seek his fate as exec director.

Everyone knows it’s Debenhams that’s the jewel here. They should start looking at valuing the younger brands and offloading them. Build out Debenhams and make that a £2b revenue company alongside PLT n KM

Maybe I don’t get it but I don’t see by adding more shares under their control gives them a legal way to sell for a higher price and keep investors out? Doesn’t seem logic to me. There are other investors still in this stock . They don’t seem to be selling.

If they get the assets of boohoo for over 1b then surely that comes to shareholders as the business was not brought out of admin.

We have to remember boohoo has a lot of loved brands. The thought of Ashley killing them all except Debenhams seems pretty crazy and foolish.

Me and my wife today received copies of letters from boohoo which they published online. Basically in paper format.

So what’s the deal with Barker? He seems to be very keen to load up.

MA written a combat letter. He sounds quite desperate also. Why not just takeover? Why go through this legal battle if exchanging letters and making the situation worse. He should be writing KPIs on what he will do at boohoo than just show Fraser stats.

If MA wants my vote…. He needs to be clear in his strategy or show suggestions on what Frasers would do. Until then… I will give Dan the benefit of doubt. He has clearly revitalised Debenhams. Let’s see how much of that can be replicated across the group.

Shareholders want to see the sp rise. The days of talking is over… we need a proactive approach with positive outcomes. Otherwise it’s all a waste of time. For me Kamanis buying is a big deal as they are not willing to give up. At same time Frasers still see value here. It could be that both of them are trying to make the business work without selling any brands.
