To me MA and MK like drama. As a shareholder I’m very much bored of it now. I want to see some action… MK has clearly told MA to clear off indirectly. MA has to either fight for what he wants or just be quiet. He can’t just sit on the side lines and throw stones at a distance hoping he hits the target. 🎯… if there’s a vote… il vote. I will vote for whatever it takes to get this sp moving

Simple answer is IF Frasers want it that bad…. Table an offer and make it so a RNS has to be released. Otherwise all of his media / letters to the company is just treated as junk mail. Imo Frasers has to walk the walk now.

The fact boohoo have put in charge a chap with a strong background makes the difference in my mind. Young… understands the digital infra…. I think we will be ok.

Clearly there is a “Trust” problem here. Either MA is not telling the truth and trying to screw ppl over or he is genuinely not buying shares on the assumption the sp will rise. Time will tell on what is the truth.

I would love to see £1. Is it genuinely possible ?

I think the Kamani clan have now realised that whilst the sp was low… they should have purchased an 30% of the business. By now being in a weaker control of their private plan is real…. Well they’ve just shot themselves in the foot. Funny thing is …. Rule 101 in owning a business is to own enough stakes to actually be the controller. Looks like they turned out very naive here.

I think patience has been exhausted. MA is currently either flat or in a declining position with regards to his investment. BoD will share results soon…. I’m hoping they share tabled offers also if they have received them. Destroying a sound company will not happen with MA now fully involved. Kamani have proven they are not shareholder bothered. I think we are about to see Kamanis put in a corner with no wiggle room.

You can imagine MA now calling his allies to back him here. I think he knows PIs are with him also. I reckon this sp will start moving north to circa 60p. What happens after that … I don’t know.

The brands but he will still be thinking about Debenhams. Luckily for us… the Kamanis reinvigorated Debenhams which has made it more appealing. The fight is definitely ON between the Kamanis and Frasers. Call what you like …. We know both of them can’t work together. Frasers is like a persistent itch…. They will eventually suck it out of them… even if it costs him. Like I said before…. I couldn’t give a monkeys a*s anymore about the Kamanis. As long as I get my average… il move on. I definitely will not keep my investment here after that.

What baffles me is…. After all the support the shareholders have provided in patience and money…. The kamanis still took the pi** ….. these guys had the chance to propel the group to another level. Instead they are short term game players than long term leaders in retail. Well we have 21 days to find out the verdict. Not long with all things considered….

Kamani clan have lost control of their empire. They are fighting like cats and dogs with no where to turn. They have completely been caught out by their “private” plan. Umar Kamani as usual posting garbage on his Instagram. One day these guys will lose their millions and face true reality. They thought they can milk the shareholders dry then live it up. I think their days are numbered and will completely lose full control of the boohoo group. John L did us a favour in my perspective. MA has come to disrupt the Kamani party. 2025 and you will see a different board. Mahmud Kamani as usual posting pretend instagram posts….. I think Aisha Kamani will have to stop her piano lessons soon and start teaching herself watching YouTube videos. The fake Kamani dynasty will be dismantled and eliminated by 2026. IMO
