True on the rules part when placing a take over price. My question was more towards, do we actually think we will remain idle on the sp front for 12 months from now.

I’m genuinely in the belief that we would have two full quarters distributing goods in the US showing signs of a positive demand and welcome from the US customer base.

Having said that inflation should be on a downward trend as long as WW3 is not on the cards.

My hope is that Oct 24 we will be on 90p atleast.

I wouldn’t find it scary tbh.

We have to remind ourselves that we are still in a high inflation period. Some folk have to think twice before they spend and this is long term investment.

If inflation was low and the date to execute shares were in a 2 yr period. I can imagine the number of participants to be much higher.

To me the BoD / Staff believe that boohoo will be still around in 2027. This has to be seen as good news incase anyone was worried.

3/4 years can give staff some potentially fab returns here.

I wish I had a chance to buy at 25p.

Michael Murray, who is set to become chief executive of Mike Ashley's Frasers Group, could be awarded shares worth £100m under a proposed pay package linked to the group's stock price performance.

Mr Murray - who is engaged to Mr Ashley's daughter - will also be paid a £1m annual salary for running the owner of Sports Direct and House of Fraser.

To achieve the £100m share award, Frasers' share price will have to top £15 for 30 days in a row before 7 October 2025. The shares were trading at £6.50 at the close on Wednesday.

After doing some quick back check to see why Nichael Murray is making all these decisions.

It looks like the board approved 100ml pay day bonus if the frasers group sp is doubled for atleast 30 days. This agreement was set back in summer 2021. The share price was circa £5 minimum.

Looks like the clock is ticking for Murray.

Does this insinuate Frasers targeting to own boohoo and asos as their brands? I don’t believe they are looking to use a concession model in their Fraser stores. Imo
