My opinion is that the £10m worth of shares will be purchased between the £1-£2 range to help it lift over to the £3 levels.

No advantage in buying at the moment as the sp should grow organically from these levels to £1.

If I get £3.50

Something tells me Boohoo is going to explode over the years to a brand and range the Kamanis won’t be able to handle.

Hence my view point on the takeover.

I get your point and it crossed my mind the other day.

Maybe they are in the belief or have a takeover in mind.

Could be the reason why Mahmud is not taking a slice of the pie.

Could it be possible that they spring on us in a year or so a takeover plan has been received and accepted by the board?

Do they actually need an investor vote for the takeover?

I’m more inclined to think they will RNS a surprise by out and the issued sp be around £3.

The other day wasn’t £17m purchasing shares.

The 17m was the number of shares gained for the purchase.

Still was a decent amount spent in the region of £8 something mil.

My opinion of the RNS.

Last two growth plans were challenging and never going to materialise based on company based issues and worldwide issues then dealing with inflation.

My positive takeaway would be:-

1. The board can’t keep creating plans as this is de-motivating for everyone including employees.

2. They clearly see the headwinds now change to kick start this money incentive once again.

3. They already working towards that 95p goal and atleast we now know their targets on sp.

4. Sp had to be stable at those sp levels to gain incentive- which is important.

I believe the next trading update will be positive. They will not position this plan if the update will be poor as it will be a un-compelling story to get to these levels.

It’s quite normal for companies to register the “company” outside out U.K. tax jurisdiction.

This is purely for reducing tax and not a full windfall.

Try not to read between the lines… it might give you a headache.

Be patient… today is an important day for U.S.

If those numbers are hot on cpi… expect a correction affecting U.K. stocks.

Investors / pundits / shorters / FED are all confused by the direction of the markets.

The non farm payroll report has totally screwed with everyone due to its number given.

The markets are not currently in sync / totally buying into what the FED is saying.

Until there is clarity…. Stocks can go anywhere.

If the FED become hawkish due to the job number outcome. It’s fair to say the US markets may drop back which could have a ripple affecting us.

I am guessing a re-rate back to 44p.

Good to see the weekly chart moving sideways and not showing signs of a downward trend.

In time, we should see a steady uptrend.

There’s nothing to be shocked about in this TU. all was advised boohoo historically .

Finally, there will be a reduction in mark downs going forward alongside better cost management due to the pandemic freight affects.

Inventory in control with plenty of money to work with.
