The one thing that strikes me is the quick uptick of 2p that happened twice now towards the end of the day.

That is one powerful upswing that you can’t stop which tells me when it rips…. It will rip! 😄

Honesty doesn’t cost money but could help someone in their approach on when deciding to make a move on a sp.

Iv been as honest as I could knowing that sometimes you need to also know if there are others in the same boat as me.

I do find this board useful when it’s not overpowered by personal remarks / attacks.

My initial sp was at £3.64 two years back, little did I know April 21 was the start of a downward bear market for boohoo.

Luckily for me, I am financially ok at the moment to influence my average and over time Iv brought it to £1.97.

The goal like I said was to put in £30k if I see 27p or lower to bring my average around 80p.

You definitely need a strong mind to not lose your sanity here given that US bounced back very quickly compared to the U.K. market.

Will we see 27p? No idea but I would like to be in a position that if a deal was made around £1.50 for a buyout that all this patience paid off in the end.

Who is genuinely in the £2 average?

My guess… it is a guess is that shorts who increased yesterday which is reflected today have belief in that the sp can be further manipulated until the Xmas update.

Tbh there really is no “upbeat” news from boohoo for the sp to bounce and continue to rise. Boohoo have stated that the next 6 months will be lower in the top / bottom line.

Whilst I remain positive in boohoo navigating through this storm we have to also brace for pure market volatility between the ranges of 28-32p.

Anyway…. This is just my thoughts.

Web cast was very professional and promising. Return to growth is the focus and these guys know what they are doing. Don’t let the shorters distort your mind.

It will indeed bring my average to the 80s. I have invested good money… will be circa £150k . Il happily wait a few years. Make 3-400 k return

Regardless of the update tomorrow. Are we still expecting a sp suppression? Do we think the shorters will only exit when the sp hits 20 something p? What could be that magic bottom number? 26? I’m genuinely plucking numbers from thin air as none of this makes sense. The sp should be within the bound range of £1.50 - £2 at minimum at the moment.

I’m certainly feeling positive for tomorrow as I would like to believe that the asos board are seeing initial results on their turn around strategy. If results were not aligned with market expectations, they would have said so by now.

Put options clearly didn’t hit the target sp for MA to excerise and show that he made a profit from the deal.

My instinct tells me he may buy that percentage if the sp drops lower from today’s price. This puts him back to the driving seat. Everyone wants a good deal m, so does MA no doubt.

If ASOS was to deliver bad news, I’m sure they would have either warned the market before hand or do it on the original date. Why have 7 more nights of bad sleep to tell the market? Doesn’t make sense. Good luck to us holders whether it’s short or long term. Patience will win in the end.

The trend continues as the high street chains start to go bust.

Technology and AI is your friend which will not work effectively in a high street store.

Another large chain Wilkos goes bust.

Ppl want to buy online due to its convenience and reliability on waiting only a short time for the delivery.

Pandemic is over, ppl now know their true size again so I wouldn’t be surprised if the returns rate normalise soon.
