With Asos now showcasing a positive return to its handling of the company. I doubt they will want to sell it as they and WE believe Asos can get back to £30 plus in time.

If you have time, read the RNS for director holdings from 2020. You will be amazed at the prices that some of these NEDs paid for shares.

Even in 2021 2k shares would have set you back £100k.

You can’t really stress when your average is well under £5 compared to management / NEDs.

Looking at the legal side, there seems to be a good reason why the Dane is holding more than 25% but less than 30%.

He can block shareholders from passing any special resolutions whilst not forced to make mandatory bids for the whole company at historic higher sp prices.

The plot thickens…

Director/PDMR Shareholding

ASOS Plc ('the Company') announces that Nick Beighton, former Chief Executive Officer, purchased 2,020 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Share(s)') on 11 October 2021 at £24.625 per Share.

As the previous ceo would know If ASOS is going bust! Why has he never sold his complete holding?

If ASOS is going busy and The Danish does not want to take it private…. Why would Asos not entertain the offer back in Dec? Surely management would have had a better rep compared to now. I am waiting for the rip!

ASOS should do the following.

Give options to the customer.

Plan A - £10.99 p.a for delivery only with £0.99 return per parcel for each return.

Plan B - £19.99 pa that covers delivery and returns.

This is insanely great. I could not see this on short tracker. How on earth is the sp still depressed.

If this business is about to fail… why are the two most important guys buying?
