That Cascade get 30% and manage to buy Servision themselves for 10-12 p a share and then sell it to Mobileye.
I've added significantly around 2p. I imagine people will add also at these ridiculous prices ,with the possibility of a quick 4 bagger available.
The Options will have a bigger effect on the SP as the amount invested in the company , at a massive premium has grown significantly in percentage terms. In my opinion.
I don't have any information on what the split will be. I imagine Servision will get their normal price unless the contract is extremely large and instigated by Mobileye.
Currently, Servision is the only company of its kind that Mobileye has integrated its software with.
In a conversation i had a little while ago with the Chairman , I was told that The relationship it has with Mobileye is the most important thing that has happened to it in the last few years.

Yes, I think Intel's takeover of Mobileye temporarily put a hold on things. However, from what I saw at the NEC Mobileye are moving forward on all fronts.

It's certainly looking that way. When the Cascade investment comes through , there is going to be a lot of people who wished that they had added now.
If Cascade take up all their options I believe they will own 29% of servision. If , let's say they have a friendly party that owns a few per cent, they may be able to force a sale of the company around their average buy in price of 10 p.
It would be fair to assume that if Cascade see 11 p as a good buy in price wouldn't 2 p be too tempting to miss.
