Good opportunity for hindsight traders to talk up other shares tho.....
As has been stated we know Koovs needs additional funding for the new year. We also know that £80 million has been invested in the brand and it is finally making some real headway in an enormous market. I do not see Ali letting it fail when he could stick say £10 million in and sell for a lot more. Look at it like this, if you want to get online clothing into the Indian market you could buy this company and be ready to go. I’m not wearing blinkers here but i do see value even in its current cash strapped guise.

We also know that FLFL are COMMITTED to becoming the biggest share holder and purchasing their remaining shares. Initially I wasn’t sure they had the funds. Now I KNOW they have from the recent cash injection. We also KNOW that FLFL have reapplied to complete the deal. It is now the reserve bank of India and its red tape that is hindering Koovs.

I believe Mr Biyani will get it sorted.

Reassurance from Koovs that FLFL are still in the game. We know they have the funds now so that’s another hurdle cleared. Black tape from the bank to be sorted and then it’s game on

Actually I take that back - last post was fairly balanced. Yes there is risk here no doubt about that. Having said that, I don’t see high percentage gains from boohoo from their current SP. Koovs could double or triple next week. Worth moving over non?

Hc - ou est le £17million? Please explain the debt as my research indicates Koovs has issued equity for cash. Flf have bought shares. HT media bought shares.

Still holding as I see inherent value here. There are companies that may want a quick route in to India and for a knockdown price this could be it. Bidding war please......

Green shoots coming out of this company and adequate cash in the bank to fund the current drive for additional business. As stated previously I am involved here and am stunned at the current SP. Dive in and hold. The patient will be rewarded here IMHO.

It would be a case of small beans to Nitin and I suspect Ali has been in contact (just my thoughts you understand). I believe funding will come and it is currently a case of who blinks first. I also believe future group are waiting on the amazon deal to disperse some funds around their businesses - FLFL being one most in need. If I was Ali I would be offering a % of the business to Nitin. We will see how it plays out but there is still more twists and turns to come Im sure.

An accidental long term hold for me as well. It may not be for too long and going into the winter period this may well be the lowest price you see. Regardless of my current holding, if I wasn’t balls deep in this I would be accumulating at these levels.

Relieved to read something positive and delighted that they took the opportunity to say they make their industry payments in full and on time. I agree - this share just has massive potential - hopefully the patient among us will get the rewards.

The 3 month chart is incredible - surely driven by the uncertainty over the major shareholder? Anything specific going on between Ukraine and Russia at the moment? Not that I’m aware of.
If you hold and can ride it old then hold.
I’m not in but have been a big fan of this share in the past. Currently it’s a falling knife so for once I’m waiting - and praying another investment comes good so I can pile in at a quid or thereabouts!
