I got stopped out at 150 following a purchase the previous day at 156. Disappointing but imagine my surprise today when I’ve realised I also had a limit purchase set. (146). Now bricking it

Could be a decent buy in but still many unanswered questions (see below). I think I may email investor relations for my own piece of mind

Does anyone have any information on exactly what short positions are still open? I can see nothing listed for Yu on shorttracker.co.uk?
Also, did we get an answer on where Yu’ s cash had gone? £2.1m at end of year vs £14.6m end of 2018? I am aware of the hedging facility but to me it looks like an overdraft facility (have I over simplified)?

Still cautious here but it does seem to be bouncing. Any ideas?

Is common sense starting to prevail? Has the US Govt got enough to contend with without aiming shoddy lawsuits at reputable companies? It certainly seems that others are starting to think like we are?

I was originally thinking of pulling out prior to tomorrow’s RNS, but after catching up on past RNS’ re: DOJ case and investigations ongoing - I’m gonna take a chance. From what I have read (and I have probably only scraped the surface), the company responded appropriately to the claims and have briefly stated why they dispute them.

I note also that the company did try and reach a settlement which was rebuffed. I am hopeful that INDV will emerge unscathed and with plenty of cash in the bank and a decent pipeline (even allowing for generic encroachment into it’s current markets), I am holding for a significant rerate.

Absolutely. It's fairly likely that the non-execs have options anyway so a bit of extra cash thrown in hopefullly shows a bit of confidence.

You are certainly more informed than I - (I don’t have any technical info but am of course aware of the doj situation). I’m betting on a low ball settlement tbf but even with that I see this moving upwards. Decent pipeline and plenty of cash in the bank. For once were there some decent after hours trades? Not that it makes any difference:-)

I fully expected anything under 40p to be bought into...

I must have missed this - what’s been predicted? Hopefully you can predict and upswing back into the 40’s.....
