As stated previously, I expect to get humped here but would be interested in any opinions. The article above is about Evraz and RA’s ownership. It seems it could be de-listed. If that’s the case, who owns the company?

From annual financial report - dated 25th Feb. 50 cent dividend - the record date is 11th March with payment due on 30th March.
Does this mean that you need to be holding the shares at COB on 11th March to be entitled to the dividend?

A change of thread from me - hoping to see a big blue day for once. I for one will be very relieved when we leave the 120’s and dare I say it 130’s. My average is probably about 125/6 after costs and I really don’t want to see anymore red!

Toon, I believe you are correct. A wise poster stated that a general guide would be around 5% of the in the ground value. Sure then there would be a further negotiation of course. Could go up or down as we know. I’m a holder of about 120,000 of these and am almost all in - (got a few grand in THG). Unfortunately my luck has been pretty bad so I’m probably not as optimistic as some other posters. If there’s a sale for $2.7billion I will be happy - (for some reason this figure sticks in my head). Not sure what that would reflect as in the share price but I would have doubled my money.

I am invested here and make no offer of advice. What I will say though is that the guys that run this company are very heavily invested and had the option to sell some of their very substantial holdings at a much higher price than this. For me, this speaks volumes. There are other things to consider of course, but at a market cap of currently 700 million pounds, there are a lot of people that believe them to be sat on something a lot more valuable than some are implying. There is definitely value here, there can be no doubt - will the sale happen? No one knows for sure, but they are certainly going about it the right way.
A very complex deal takes time - and i'm happy to wait.

Certainly looking that way - lots of blue and yet BID remains at 24.50. Though i just dummied a sell on AJBell and was offerred 25.55 for 82,962 of the little fellas.

Is there a little bit of FOMO heading this way?
