I think there’s a lot to be said about ratios but I get it. I think the bottom line is they have embarked on a strategy that has invested heavily for the future and it will pay off nicely imho. The one thing is the people enjoy Greggs and revenues are not at a record because of poor demand. Yes time will tell not I see up to £24 in the next 8 months…

Nearly 9mn shares borrowed!!! That’s why the sp has been spanked. An option wouldn’t impact the sp really but these bast……s by selling short in concert artificially kill the sp. That’s unethical and manipulation so how can that be right????

Because it’s called market disruption. Do an option or cfd rather than be allowed to directly impact the SP through artificial selling when you don’t own the shares. Totally immoral… dodgy cartels are us. You buy shares to make money not make a small haircut on lending the stock out!

The shops are heaving and the vultures keep borrowing for pure manipulation. This is a concert party scavaging on a large scale. Truly unbelievable that any long term holder would lend their stock for a lousy commission income and cause a huge capital paper loss while the vultures take their Profit. This is trading this is pure market manipulation and in my opinion corrupt!

Waiting for the RNS to put the market vultures straight!

The CEO knows the importance of effective PR and with trading early in the new year at peak, I will become the upbeat RNS questioning the appetite for disruptive trades manipulating the SP. More added and the shorters may just realise it’s time to close out and find a victim who perhaps isn’t heading for another record year!

Silence is not good and it’s been a while but I guess things are happening for the better behind closed doors. Hopefully oil continues to flow, farm in is progressing, sale of blocks are being negotiated, renewables projects are under way and tax issue is resolved. RNS needed asap.

Fundamentals are solid and the start to the trading year has been very good from my observations. The public HAVENT just continued to buy from Greg’s, 2025 yielded recorded revenue alongside major expansion and investment in production and distribution hubs. Capex is done and they can now focus on BAU. They are selectively expanding in areas where demand will be higher. Overall the story is good and the public won’t be turning their backs on Greggs so expect another excellent year. The shorters I find frustrating. I do hope they burn soon!

It looks as if they have changed direction and momentum is building with the new training offerings. Costs tightly controlled and 2026 to see a return to profitability and generally opportunities to be optimistic about. We shall see!

A diversified offering and CMO is now profitable. New branch openings and the performance is improving which is commendable… the market will like this I feel and a good final dividend makes these extremely attractive at these lows…. I SEE THESE AS A TAKEOVER TARGET SO ANYTHING COULD LAND ON THE DOORSTEP

Yes this is going to be a good recovery stock. I still think a predator is circling and will make a move so the only way is up…. a strong buy right now with a target of 45p+
