I am personally thinking we will have to wait for the second report due in October for the period 1st July to 30th September for so real news as regards sales and revenue.

To be honest (and yes Blue, this is my opinion only) I think this is a genuine mistake. I think it should have obviously read April 21 to June 21 (actual period 1st April to 30th June).

The RNS dated 17th May referred to the period 1st April to 14th May and confirmed orders of $0.34m in April and additional orders of in excess of $1m up to 14th May.

The RNS dated 1st July (timed at 07.00am) referred to further sales of $0.72m. Bearing in mind this was released at 7am in 1st July, this $0.72m must have been for period before 1st July, i.e. June, actual period 15th May to 30th June.

So for the quarter 1st April to 30th June, we have confirmed orders of at least $2.06m. Yes, there may be more sales that have not been disclosed for this period but I doubt it (yes Blue, my personal opinion) as surely this would have been included within the 1st July RNS. I am personally expecting (yes Blue, just my opinion) this to be confirmed in the first Company Quarterly Sales Report to cover the quarter April to June (inclusive).

So to respectfully correct your post, the $1m in July (the actual figure was $0.72m) was NOT for July as it was reported at 7am on 1st July. I would hope (and expect) that by the time the Quarterly Sales Report is issued, which may (I think it will) or may not, be within the Final Accounts RNS, we would have received an additional order for July. I am expecting total July order to be approx $970,800 (see my post dated 7th July timed 15.26 for explanation of amount). Based upon previous RNS reporting, I would expect ZOE to include confirmation of any July orders already received within the RNS, although this would not be within the first quarter period (April to June, inclusive). If they do not do this, then there is probably not much to report (US store sales wise) that we do not know. Obviously there will be some (probably limited) US online sales and some UK online sales that we do not already know. As Tobler confirmed this morning the EU rollout has been delayed (RNS 15th Feb 21) so no sales to report.

What we need to understand is that it is so very early days. ZOE is very much in its infancy. Going forward, as ZOE matures as a Company, they will probably not report sales ad-hoc during the actual quarter and just release the total quarter figures in a quarter sales report at the end of that quarter.

The projections are just that….. projections. They are not a guarantee. But yes, I agree, should the store count be 10,000 then 30,000, then 100,000 etc, then multi £ sp should (will) be seen before 5 years. It must be remembered that the store count projection for 2022,23,24 has NOT actually been officially released to the market (just to a select few investors).

One must also remember that there are NO institutional investors invested in ZOE (that I am aware of). Spreadex and the like are not II. The reason is that ZOE is currently too risky for them. They do not invest on hope and hype. They will hopefully invest when the outlook is more certain as regards revenue and profit. If (and when) they do, then I certainly think (pretty obvious really) that the sp will react VERY positively (especially bearing in mind the current low share float). But that is some time off, in my opinion.

Agreed, Chill.com is a great purchase. Comparing to the value/price of other most valuable domain names from a Google search gives:

We have not been told what the purchase price was, but if it was just 10% of any of the above figures, then that takes a large slice of the £6m recent capital raise (bearing in mind £1.2m was already used to get out of the previous finance deal). If that is the case then a further capital MAY (not will) be needed to replace the money that was spend on Chill.com in order to pay for the original spending plans as per stated in the RNS 1st July. You cannot use the same money twice!!! If a further capital raise is needed then that is not a problem as I do think it was a good purchase (subject to knowing the actual purchase price of course).

However, as I have already stated, ZOE may have got it at a bargain price. And if they got it for 50k (£ or $ or dung) then yes, I will say what a great purchase price it was. In fact Obstando, I will buy you a drink at the next UK launch party!!!

Robster did not state a timescale. I have personally stated multi £ in the next few years (3-5) is possible. If ZOE does “a Fevertree” then obviously the sp will be many times current sp. I personally think this will take several years to really “take off”…

My reference to “rampers” are those that throw multi £ by this year at every opportunity. This, in my opinion, will only lead to hype and ultimate disappointment at year end. You may obviously disagree.

Quite simple really.

I have added to my long term pot by buying more ZOE at approx 66p, 56p and 49p.

I have also made four recent buys as a "trading pot". I did this last week on the day that it appeared we were seeing the start of a reversal to the current decline in sp. If the sp goes up (hopefully) then I will hold and revise my sell out price. If the sp does drop below 39p (hopefully not) then I will accept a 25% loss. I have been in a share before (Amur Minerals (AMC)) where I held at 44p (got greedy) and held it all the way to 1p. I do not expect the sp to drop below 39p, but it is not impossible.

For the record, ZOE is a obviously completely different stock to AMC. ZOE has lots of potential and (hopefully) a is a possible Fevertree scenario. I missed that by continually thinking (and not taking advantage of the clues in the RNSs) that the sp could not go higher. If, as Robster suggests, ZOE goes to £8 then you and I (along with many others) will both be delighted

So no smoke and mirrors from me. Just my realistic take on it at present. I am long on ZOE and like you want to sp to rise.

I do agree with others that, with modern technology, it should be easy to report a buy as a buy and a sell as a sell. Not that difficult, surely. Not sure if I agree with those who say this is "manipulation" but it would be good if all trades were reported accurately.

Like you, I have added recently (I made five small buys last week).Foer me, these buys were more of a "trade" as they will be sold should the sp go below 39p. Most of these (if not all) showed as sells. The reason has been detailed many times. A buy below the mid-price of the stated spread will show as a sell. If you look at today's trades so far, the "sells" at 08.00 and 08.03 at 45.84p could have been actual buys as they were under the mid-point (46p) of the stated spread of 45-47. Likewise, the "sell" at 08.42 at 45.99p could well (probably was) have been an actual buy.

As previously stated, it happens all the time. In reverse, actual sells could also show as "buys" for the same reason, if price is above the mid price of the spread.

I am a believer that for every buy/sell there is an opposite sell/buy. The Market Maker will not hold a significant amount of stock, so (in my opinion) that must be true.

Without news, the sp will generally tend to drift down as the MM do their job and "make a market". It is generally easier (in my opinion) for them to do this by dropping the sp slightly to "encourage" sales.

Holders of ZOE(and shares in general) may sell for many different reasons....

Taking a profit (this time last year the ZOE sp was 10p, so some longer term investors may well want to "bank a profit", especially as they see their "paper profit" dwindling away.

Cutting losses (in March this year some bought ZOE at above £1.00 , so some shorter term investors (or traders) may get cold feet and bail out to preserve their remaining capital having already lost a significant % of initial investment.

Fear of a subsequent placing. Many here will shout "no chance" but it is something (in my opinion) that does need to be considered. We do not know the recent purchase price of Chill.com as this was not disclosed in the RNS. ZOE have either got this "as a bargain, on the cheap" or had to pay "quite a bit of £/$" for it. It has been stated that another domain name recently sold for 30m ($ or £, not sure).

The recent capital raise (RNS 4th May) for £6m was for.......

The net proceeds of the Subscription will be used to terminate the financing agreement with LDA Capital and to: (i) continue the US rollout of Chill products following the successful October 2020 launch; (ii) launch new product across the Group's core brands; and (iii) to relaunch the Group's product websites.......

No mention for buying Chill.com. Purely on that basis, I personally am keeping an open mind as to whether ZOE will need an addition capital raise (possibly within Final Accts RNS?).

Like you, I am not concerned long term as I think the "make or break" of ZOE will be determined by how successful the roll-out programme is. Should the projected store count (as per the Company Presentation) be achieved for 2022,23,24 then I am sure we will all do (very) well from our investment here (regardless of any future additional capital

As others have stated, if you have not do so already, I would suggest you read through the various Company RNS that have been released since you bought in. This should help you to identify where ZOE are now compared to what you based your original investment decision on. Equally, I would also suggest that you look at the Company Presentation, especially page 11. That information, if achieved, is the key to the future ZOE sp (obviously in my opinion).

The Final Results are due on or around 25th July. However, these will be for the year ending 31st March 2021. As such, these will show very limited revenue and probably a financial loss.

However, ZOE have stated that they are going "to report on its sales on a quarterly basis". So hopefully, the first quarterly sales report (period 1st April to 30th June) will be included within the Final Results. ZOE have already disclosed sales revenue to Chill distributors in the us of approx $2m for this quarter. There may be additional sales for this period that have not yet been reported, but equally there may not. ZOE have stated they expect Chill to be in 3,500 stores by July 2021. Again, hopefully the Final Results will confirm this.

Personally, I am waiting for the second quarterly sales report due in October 2021 (for period 1st July to 30th Sept) for more meaningful confirmation of both sales revenue and store roll out numbers. I am not personally expecting a change in sp direction until we have such confirmation. In my opinion, much more patience is going to be required here than most posters on here are suggesting. The multi £ by year end (as spouted by many) is nonsense in my opinion. Multi £ over the next few years, hopefully.....
