Bluerill, sorry but I do not get you. There has not been any massive growth in SALES….. yet. Yes, Chill is definitely selling in the stores ( your post proves that at approx 2.3products per day). However, we have not seen any data to show growth let alone massive growth. We will need to see several quarters worth of data to show that.

I do not understand your comments. I have merely added to your analysis (which I thought was quite realistic). If resales work out at between 2 and 2 and a half per day, I do not see the problem. The spreadsheet (genuine or not) going around twitter and Telegram was suggesting 2.25 products per store per day in the first year, was it not? On that basis, then 2.3 is good, isn’t it?

Your figures are flawed.

There has not been 3,000 stores over the three month period. So your calculations are not correct. Bluerill has used a better formulae with his earlier post, which I have added to.

Taking you post a step further.

$1,250,000 resales over an average number of 1,500 stores (e.g. 0 stores on 1st April, 3,000 stores on 30th June) and ZOE receiving approx 50% margin as revenue ($4ish per product) works out as as stores selling approx 2.3 products per day.

Spot on. And that is exactly why I am personally not expecting multi £ share price in the short term (6-12 months)! Some on here (the one's who think multiples of current sp by Xmas etc) think that I am not a genuine investor.

The 17th May RNS states..... Going forward, the Group intends to report on its sales on a quarterly basis...........

We already know that ZOEs sales (to their distributors) have been approx $2m for the April to June quarter. Obviously there possibly could be additional sales (to their distributors) that have not been disclosed.

The promised sales info may not contain what a lot of investors here are expecting, rather just be confirmation of the above.

I am personally expecting that we will have to wait for the second sales update (period July to Sept) in October to really get a grip on how sales are going. Others may not obviously agree.

The share capital amount on the website has not been updated. It currently shows as 202,070,034. This was the figure in the TVR RNS dated 30th April. The RNS regarding the capital raise added 10,000,000 shares and stated a total of 212,070,034 shares in issue. . The RNS of 28th May confirms TVR of 212,070,034. However, the Holdings RNS dated 1st June regarding Spreadex stated holding 22,425,773 (10.58%). The website states Spreadex hold 22,425,773 (10.58%). So the error appears to be the issued share capital total stated on the ZOE website.

Apologies, been out.

Upon first read of your post, it seemed a tad rampy (with BUY MORE in capitals). Hence my post, the comments of which, I am sure you agree, are factual. Upon second reading, I can see you were merely trying to correct the comments in a previous post. Apologies for this.

Bottom line is, there is much over-hyping of this share. Certain posters here seem to think it is a one way ticket to the moon (and you will arrive there very quickly). I am an investor here, that is fact. However, I prefer to keep things realistic.

Good luck with your investment. Hopefully we will both do well here. I just think it will take longer for the potential
Multi £ than most others do.

Obviously, the FSA approval is important as without it there will be no sales of the Zoetic product range. However, I do not think the revenue from this range with be significant in the whole scheme of things. Do you ?

As regards Chill. Yes, I agree, a rebranding to Chill could make sense. Not 100% sure of the relevance of Chill to lip balm and day/night cream.

I do not think the FSA approval (which I understand from the RNS is still many months away) will make that much difference here. I personally think it is the Chill smokes and pouches (especially in the US) that will make or break ZOE. I really do not think a few gummies and a bit of oil is going to make a significant proportion to total revenue. You may disagree with me but it is the smokes and pouches that I am interested in.

I personally think buyers are waiting for the trading update. I certainly am. I just hope that the ramping gang have not damaged this share by continually hyping things up and increasing expectations beyond what is reasonable at such an early stage for the Company.

Back to ZOE....

Just had three reviews from the samples that I received and distributed..

Review 1) Early 20's existing smoker who would like to stop. Sampled Hush. Said seemed strong but felt a cleaner smoke. Preferred them to normal cigs. Would smoke them.
Review 2) Mid 20's existing heavy smoker who does not want to stop. Sampled Mint. Said like it and seemed a lighter smoke. But prefers the harder smoke of normal cigs (not concerned about health issues).
Review 3) Early 20's existing smoker who does not want to stop. Sampled Mint. Said felt a cleaner, better smoke than normal cigs. Did not feel "it" at the back of throat. Said would probably smoke Chill but also smoke normal cigs as well.

I will provide additional reviews when received.
