Can anyone please outline the remaining CLN. I understand the initial CLN was for £6.48m (12 tranches of £540k) in Feb 21 which was increased to £8m in April (3 equal mthly instalments starting April)....

Can anyone please confirm how many have already been converted to shared and how many more are yet to be converted?

Certainly not buys!

Could be roll-overs though for tax planning etc but as all are at exactly 40p I think unlikely. Normally the MM would want a profit via small spread. Unless mates rates?

Nice buy at 42.9p.

However, no shares have been sold today at lower that this price so how do the MMs allow you to buy at that price ?

I really hate to mention the "P" word, but I do need to ask if there could be a placing here at around the 40p mark ??? I know everyone will shout "no" but what explanation is there for several buys today at 43p and now 42.9p and yet no sells lower that these buy prices.

Please can someone provide an explanation.

Yes, I posted yesterday as regards the 500+ stores in Florida. Tobler has reminded us of a photo of a Exxon Mobil employee in a store that was posted on Telegram. Should that be the explanation (or an alternative large National) then it would explain the 475-488 approx additional stores to the SF stores in Florida. Would certainly make the roll-out continuation from the newly confirmed 2,500 more feasible.

Any thoughts on the strange 43p buys with no priced lower sells ??

I thought that was the point of a Quarterly Sales Update, to
Update on sales (both stairs and online). However, we have not had one and we are now 29 days past quarter end . Perhaps we will get what was promised, perhaps not. Time will tell.

I think that is a very wise strategy. Indeed, that was my original plan. However, I had added some recently at 49p and again today at 43p. However, I am still very much "on the fence" here. My thoughts are well documented. I will continue to hold with caution....

I actually sold some of my "trading pot" at 48p first thing. Tried to sell the lot but couldn't get a quote. I have just bought them back at 43p along with another three more "trading pots" at 43p.

I believe the gap that Vas mentioned previously (and was ridiculed about) has not been partly filled. Will be interesting if sp rises from here or slides into the 30's.

Looking forward to meeting you at the next launch. I was talking to the Co recently and asked for one to be in the North in order to ensure that you can attend.

My understanding is that the Final Results will NOT be tomorrow. I understand that, as per last year, ZOE have until 30th September to publish Final Accounts. I may be wrong but I have it "on good authority" and as such I do not expect them tomorrow.

The Quarterly Update should be for period 1st April to 30th June. As you say, this should happen post quarter (i.e. after 30June) . We are now 29th July so plenty of time to issue a Quarterly Update. The RNS today is a Business Update NOT a Quarterly Update. Let us agree that, at present, ZOE have NOT delivered on their stated promise of a Quarterly Update. The Market does not like it when Companies do not deliver what they have promised.

You are missing the $0.72m sales stated in RNS on 1st July.

Add this to the $1.34m sales stated in RNS on 17th May.

Total $2.06, the "more than $2m" stated in today's RNS.

Unfortunately not $660k extra!

I was hoping for a July order of approx $1m to reflect the continued roll-out (obviously this has now been delayed/reduced/rescheduled from the "expected 3,500" to new stored and re-sales to exisitng stores.

I was not actually expecting too much from the promised quarterly sales report but I am still very disappointed.

I think you are clutching at straws on that.

ZOE seem to refer to orders and sales as the same.

Most (on Telegram, including Matt) seem to think that the $2m refers to the previously stated orders/sales. If it was indeed an additional order, I am pretty sure (and would certainly hope) that ZOE would be clearly detailing this which unfortunately they are not.

Like Matt, I am disappointed with this. It is actually NOT a quarterly sales report (as promised) and rather another Business Update, the majority of the update already have been previously updated.
