We didn't pay 0.5m for 104moz like a lot of the rampers are trying to make out. We dont know the cost.

At the same time, the same rampers were calling a sale of the 15moz we have for 5bn. Everyone Dyor on the expected cost for potential 104moz.

You can have it both ways, sell some oz for billions but receive 5x as much for nothing.

The model for eua is rinse and repeat. Logically, they will want to sell MT. Maybe with an ongoing royalty. Keep wk for income.

They will then do the same thing they did with MT with the additional assets, shore up and build out. They will then have an option to mine or sell again in a few years.

Not seen of posted before. Rosgeo are prolific with their JVs. The 75/25 is standard. What's different here is that it is only an option atm. To proceed eua will have to contribute equity either through sale of wk/mt or finance

Production and combined licences are awarded either by tender or auction (which are conducted by Rosnedra). The tender is awarded to the participant who submits the most technically competent, financially attractive and environmentally sound proposal. In contrast, the winner of an auction is the participant who offers the highest amount of one-time payment for the right to develop subsoil resources.

So to participate in the 100moz we will have to contribute 75% of the determined auction value. Impossible to know what that is with the info released.

The 100moz is not a gift from santa. Eua will have to contribute equity. In your 1-2 example. We could be contributing the whole additional £1 or anywhere in between to recognise the assets.

Doubt the jv with the state would be for sale. This could be the contingency if they sell wk and Mt. Or they can mine the current operations to contribute to acquiring the new assets with the jv. My view is the latter.

There is some confusion here. This is an option to contribute an equity stake if we wish. We do not get 100moz for free like some think.

There is no free lunch here. The option to exercise will potentially be considerable here.
