Yes fair point in principle. on the other hand as I think he set up this whole commercialisation of uni innovation business up, and that it seems to be the original core of the business plus AI now being floated, then maybe it’s fair as there must be some personal IP in there, as it were.

yes it's amazing isn't it? the board do nothing all summer and then they read a post on here ****ging them off for sitting around and decide to wake up and get an ipo going overnight to keep the critics off their backs for a while. just think what they could do if they worked all the time! or indeed if some posters here were in charge!

The latest RNS did say -

“additional funds will be required for the second half of 2024 and in order to progress the RTO opportunities noted above. Plans for a fund -raise are well advanced and a further announcement will be made in due course.“

Inevitable really and no doubt existing shareholders will want to maintain a reasonable share in new project.

We can only wait I suppose.

I'm pinning my hopes on the word 'expected' in the last RNS. More fool me!

I don't think 'positive news' is the criteria for an RNS. You may have point in PR terms, though, but the share consolidation is not relevant to that.
