gosh it’s seems so incredible that people are criticised for advocating kindness or tolerance as if it’s some kind of extreme position to the detriment of society. we need to find an insulting word that is the opposite of woke to describe that strange attitude. ****?
Yeh, more than me anyway! As his salary, savings and pension (presumably) are all tied up with the success of EOG, then he has a lot at stake and I hope he succeeds in getting a farm in or two away.

ISB - that LUCYD RNS was released yesterday by LUCYD in the USA, hence lift in price yesterday. Don't know why TEK takes so long to issue it but there was an opportunity there!
Re lost Guident announcement - I sent an email to the company on that very point two weeks ago. No reply. But it was on the website form which often get ignored. Anyone on Twitter to ask Harald directly?
When I was a tax accountant we used to have a book that listed the whole histories of listed shares; share splits, consolidations, rights issues etc. Can’t remember what it was called though but I’m sure any currently practicing tax accountant could tell you. In the meantime this may help. https://www.icaew.com/library/research-guides/current-and-historical-uk-share-prices
Speculatively thinking - maybe they haven’t sued the Government yet because they know a better outcome is a real possibility and they are just keeping that option in their quiver if needed. But yes, we should hear soon given that vagueness you mention.
There’s probably not much point in buying TEK with the aim of participating in LUCYD, BELL or SALT successes as the discount to NAV never seems likely to be overcome. May as well buy those shares directly if you’re positive about their future - which I’ve done with mixed success so far! All in the timing I suppose. I'm in TEK for Guident and the unexpected AI business- hope we get a jump in price next week ! GLA

Ok ta, sounds like it could get interesting. I was puzzled how he could get to 63% without launching a bid but is it because the float is 1.57 m shares and that the shares issued is much larger? I suppose it’s all in the SEC notices but they are rather hard to follow for a novice. Anybody know?
