Just listened to the podcast. Three main things struck me

- Guident IPO targeted for 2026. So doesn’t seem to be happening short term

- strategic aim to build value through IP and return to shareholders through special dividends. Not happened yet, will it ever?

- convoluted jargon ridden opaque way of talking (reading?). Oh for some plain English.

Just noticed an upcoming IPO for a small share of a tech co at £86 bn.

@ MSA That's what i was trying to explain - but i didn't clock that the pref shares were also referred to as bonus shares. So when i wrote pref shares earlier, that is one and the same thing. :)

Your existing holding has been split in two (and consolidated) - 1: new ords currently on market and

2: pref shares currently being documented I imagine but as I said I haven't had a confirmation of my holding yet.
