I just checked EDGAR and it shows Voyager Technology who filed the S-1 on 16 May being certified on 10 June for listing. I can't find Guident's S1 application as it was made confidentially. But the listing may be earlier than you think given the above.

In an ideal world yes, but maybe there wasn't enough demand for the shares and the price would've been lower or the float would've not got away. There are two sides to the equation, buyers and sellers, it's not entirely in TEK's command.

I appreciate in hindsight a lower price for more shares might have worked out better but I'm sure they would've been optimistic about prospects at the time.

Anyway, let's hope for a Guident spike and a SALT takeover and then I'll repay my mortgage. Lol.

Looks like gross profit margin issue has been solved as up to 49% now. Which means sales need to rise 'only' 8 times roughly to break even. Sounds a lot, but maybe from such a small base (3,000 ish units worldwide last quarter???) it is possible, especially with Reebok and Armor building presence in the market. Worth sticking around I think. But, I could be wrong. Often am.
