I hope you’re right Boggers. It’s Encouraging that orders are strong. And the cheapest form of finance would be chunky deposits from customers. Perhaps they can get a bulk order funded this way.
Thanks Swizz, Apart from your reassurances I cling onto the fact that the share hasn't been cancelled yet and so they must have a positive story to tell the authorities.
In the interview he said they were submitting form S1 within 48 hours but then said SEC have 35 days to respond (I think) so maybe we have that 35 day period to wait in which the application is considered?
So, stocking up, as I thought, in expectation of sales based on committed orders. I imagine that’s why they got the trade finance in the bag. Sounds promising.
Well, the silver lining is (hopefully) that I can't sell this share just because I'm bored waiting for news! Fingers crossed we get some good news soon.
And presumably it's less than 20% on the sale price.....as tariff is applied to cost of product not sale value (I think). How price sensitive is their product ?
