I'm amazed the shares are still listed by concession after three months post deadline, so I imagine there is some pretty tangible plan presented to the Stock Exchange that allows it.

Well, somebody thinks it's worth a £6m punt - to fund production then free cash flow flows, so someone has projected the figures. Just haven't told us. Worth a go perhaps

If they are valueless then you can take the action below - but they probably aren't 'valueless' as defined at this stage. Hopefully we can get some value from the shares rather than a tax loss claim. :)

You simply do a capital gains tax section calculation on your tax return as if the shares were sold for nothing and as was said this creates a loss to offset for this or future years. It’s called a negligible value loss claim which is a specific provision for when a business goes bust etc.

I suppose there is a chance that some funding will be commercial loans assuming resource commercial, so maybe not so bad as you think. But, yes, fair point.
