exit strategy - Clifford has often said they will IPO or trade sale their portfolio companies as and when is the right moment and then distribute some of the realised gains. Sounds fair enough to me. We just have to wait for things to develop and it seems to be going in the right direction as we've had two IPO's already. Lock in periods mean no distribution yet.

And you may as well ask - what is Marks and Spencer's final strategy? Pointless.

Isn't developing an investment, cashing in and then reinvesting in another for potential growth the whole point of this company? Or investing, in general? If you don't agree with the principle then you're in the wrong company. I'm happy with the concept - and accept that not all gains will be distributed but that a large portion will be.

It didn't. It refers to a combined offer price of $7.50. The 90c was the market price of each warrant yesterday. So the combined market value was about $7.70.

I had that on Lloyds and Reabold explained that their corporate set up fell foul of Lloyds' criteria but it wasn't worth RBD pandering to them. So I set up a Hargreaves Lansdown account as well because they allow trading in RBD.

I was hoping it would be an announcement about those original assets that used to be the JV with Zenith (and now form our main assets) before the whole agreement was restructured. Let's see. Zenith were our original partners in these projects and now have a major shareholding in return.

Although ARR are not similarly suspended on ASX, so maybe not..

It could be the link with ARR though, I concede.
