It's all a bit difficult to tell without recent accounts or announcements isn't it? Also, who knows where they are going to get the £5m from to fulfil their commitments by Feb 21 but I presume that is what is being negotiated. Tedious wait.

Latest Zenith operational report doesn't even mention us - previously it had said negotiations continuing.
So maybe they've ended? The worst scenario would be to lose our licence because we've not spent the agreed sums by Feb 21 - but of course the BOD know that and the plus side is that rare earths are doing well and maybe we can do a joint venture with American Rare Earths, our Arizona neighbour - assuming we still have licence. Otherwise Zenith could just switch it to them.

In particular I note that renegotiations of the JV are ongoing. Whilst this delay is very frustrating I suppose I must remember that the people in the know have much more skin in the game than me and are working for our mutual advantage and a valuable exit route . And that American Rare Earths is up 7 times in the past month so our value should be up too - just anxious to know how it might be realised and how quickly!

I see American Rare Earths (ASX) have shot up recently. They are our neighbours and also in with Zenith. Be nice to get some of that rare earth exuberance too but we forfeit our license if we don't spend £5m by Feb 21 so I'd like to know what is going on!

I can keep silent no longer. My real name is Roisin Fanning. I am Oisin’s twin sister. All that Afefuma says is unreliable. She is a black sheep from an illegitimate side of our family and long holds a grudge after being excluded from our ancestor Colonel Moisin Fanning’s Caribbean estate.

A great scandal ensued and she was banished from the estate and had to raise her child alone on the poorer side of the island where only the bong tree grows.
Many generations later (I’ve lost count, sorry) Afefuma was fiddling about on her Amstrad computer and came across a family tree research website called Ansesstorsdotcom while she was waiting for the bus in Lagos to take her to her daily spelling classes.
Since then she has been pestering our family for money and with this deluded correspondence on this saintly share thingy website is but it is just one manifestation of her campaign.
Naturally we have tried to dissuade her from this onslaught and even buy her off with the remnants of our inheritance (a pile of not quite rotted but valuable daffodil bulbs in the cellar of our English country home in Barry, South Wales) but to no avail.
So i implore you to ignore her ectoplasmic expressions of financial ineptitude and leave us all in peace.

Interesting. Zenith have just sold their rare earth project in Wyoming to concentrate on gold. Does that mean they are also going to divest of the lithium project? If so, who to?

Difficult to tell - they say no activities in last quarter re Lithium JV and then mention the JV renegotiation again in the New Opportunities section, which may be significant or just due to Covid delays, who knows?
Zenith shares have been suspended again pending details of another gold find - wish we had such excitement with Bradda!

Piotr replied and said that the Directors will provide an update in coming weeks, which will be posted on the website. "Coming weeks" is obviously infinite - but maybe better than coming months.

no reply yet, I'll remind tomorrow. yes, maybe but could be just mundane Covid delay. Would be good to know wouldn't it?

Of course, the renegotiation with Zenith could be just to extend the deal because of Covid delays....
