IMHO this is what our lawyer wants. As you stated Oopsi the asset transfer is going to be a complicated process to unravel. Usually complicated processes take time to complete therefore it looks like this will definitely go to trial - which will play to our lawyers strength (I hope his confidence is not laden with any arrogance!)

For what its worth IMHO based on the "known" information I believe this will come good eventually, just that the "bumps in the road" will seem more like a roller-coaster ride especially if you are to analyze scant, partial and out of date and out of context information on a day to day basis. GLA

This also could be Hope on the ropes, biding for time to move his assets out of the way....

Excerpt from a letter I received this from Halifax this week

"If it re-lists and reverts back to being ISA qualifying (i.e. relists on a HMRC qualifying exchange) the shares can be moved to the ISA with a sale & repurchase."

Not too sure what it means or what can be construed from this

IG have informed me that the reason the margin is to rise to 50% on Monday and not 100% (which is normal when a company delists) is because they view the delist as temporary which they believe is dependent on the outcome of the court case.

bet holders only I believe.

IG informed me that the margin has risen from 25% to 50% which will come into effect 3pm Monday Feb 4th

This has been intensified by Mifid II regulations, which have added extra complications and costs for Nomads that are part of broader stockbroking groups.

2 The client is unwilling to accept guidance from the Nomad on the company’s responsibilities to AIM or breaches the AIM Rules for Companies.

3 The reputational risk for the Nomad of continuing to act for that business is too great e.g. if the AIM listed company has poor corporate governance.

Whom is to say that the default was not pre-planned....? ie knowing how SH would respond.

High risk game but also may have been enforced with majors being interested.

I believe form reading the affidavit that SN/ZM have been forced down this route. It seems that SH had vetoing powers for accepting accepting funding or not. It seems he chose not to accept funding even from ZM's own funds. All the directors recognized that further funding was required for the company except SH. FRR needs to get rid of SH so funding can be accepted. Basically if they don't get rid of SH then FRR I'm afraid is finished $60m or not...this really is binary now. All or nothing.
