...that this BB has been taken over by TW and his cronies. Any FRR news out there is posted on here and analyzed for the negatives only. It is not surprising to me that Zaza has not said anything as anything he says will get the same treatment so why bother? He cannot say anything that Holders want to know anyway as we are still under NDA's I believe. So probably October will be the earliest we hear anything of value.

In the meantime I'm filtering all negative posters as I believe most have some sort of agenda. I suggest everybody do the same. (The FRR bashing crowd know others have done this already which is why we are getting new posters on this board - On a delisted share???!!!

....the asset has been moved to new FRC subsidiary company and then this new US company takes it over FRC as a whole then realists on a US market? Would this safeguard our shares whilst removing the debt issue from the loan notes against FRCC and possibly the company as a whole. Possibly why Hope is challenging ZZ and SN personally now.

I know of a few commercial directors of small to medium size construction companies that seem to be always in court...usually to do with payment demands not met. This is probably why commercial lawyers are usually the best paid. All just noise usually.

Companies have to use the courts to determine their legal rights otherwise they'd get trampled and eventually fail.

Don't forget they don't go to court unless they know they will win.....

If this is legit then either :-

1) We are all f###ed!
2) They are waiting for deal to go through then they can pay them
3) If no deal then back on a market FRR will go.

IMHO 2) is the most likely

Mike31 - They are to complete processing today ready for the announcement tomorrow. I would suggest to keep checking or get in touch with them directly

I have just been informed by a nice lady at Halifax Sharedealing that they received a share certificate directly from FRR that covers all the FRR holdings of its customers. This is why they are now shown in the customers accounts. A corporate action will be issued tomorrow explaining this. If an individual share certificate is required then they have to go back to FRR to obtain one.

Please get off this board ABC or is it.....

The lady from told me that HL usually issue the book, on receipt, to their share holders leaving the shareholder to look through it to find the important information whereas Halifax will study it first and issue a summary. You may get the corporate action today if not already; worth checking.

Just spoke to Halifax

Halifax received instructions/information directly from FRR yesterday; the corporate action team are currently working through the information they have received (a book apparently) and shall issue the corporate action (A summary of the instruction/information) by COB Monday 15th July. Apparently they have to issue a corporate action within 3 working days of receiving a instruction/ new information by a company

They couldn't or wouldn't tell me any more

However Halifax did inform me a few months ago that on FRR relisting they will apply to HMRC on my behalf to get them ALL relisted back into my ISA account

Correct Mike but it still refers to FRR. It is the assigned company code that Halifax uses for the delisted FRR share.

I guess the management team were caught out. Have faith Mike, you do have access to all your share dealing history with them.

Has anybody received share certificates from ComputerShare yet?

I also called Halifax.

They are putting out a corporate action tomorrow explaining that they are waiting for the share certificates from ComputerShare and will put them back into the relevant share accounts on receipt.

Halifax themselves apparently only got notification today

The lady I spoke to said they should expect the share certificates in about 3 weeks but cannot confirm
