...would any CEO talk to the shareholders of a delisted pcompany if he never expected to talk to them ever again i.e. the company was going to fold imminently (which strangely it hasn't) or the company was in the process of being bought out but hasn't yet possibly because of the court cases as MadP alluded to?

everybody is entitled to an opinion Free. Go through all tsbs' messages. After reading them I was left wondering why are they investing at all on aim, then it dawned on me...

MP - do not answer. I'm filtering this person. I've gone through a few of tsbs' messages on a few other boards - most seem to be negative and tends to support the shorters view. DYOR

I believe the twtjlhjjrkvkt boys monitor the bb's (for all shares) and look for weakness in peoples comments (especially from the LTH's) and jump on this and try to verify and support the negative comments to start a potential short position. In our case to get people to possibly sell on the grey market.

However I believe ZZ/SN have made this near impossible as you need an individual (physical) share certificate to be able to sell on the grey market. They really do not want H to obtain shares at any cost via any avenue. This I take as a massive positive.

Stay positive peeps and the black swan will be revealed sooner :-)

It seems certain financial people do not think FRR will ever relist Mr Bowman. It looks like they've come up with that conclusion from analyzing the interview. It will imv but not soon enough for some obviously.

Looks like they've done the same to me, however I've not owed them anything even though I was liable therefore the shorters would not have got anything. If the shorters got anything at all it is on the grey market which I believe is running at about 0.14.

Why should he give a s t about the shareholders? At the mo we are not required. We are locked in. He's got bigger fish to fry like saving the company or better still trying to make it successful. There is definitely bigger things going on with this company and we are bottom of the list. He'll talk to us only when he needs to talk to us or when everything is settled and he wants the company listed again.

Best thing to do is to forget about FRR and in your mind write it off.

Personally I'm just waiting for the black swan event....whenever that will be....but it will happen :-).

I will add though that some days when I look it shows the last value before it delisted and other days , like today, it shows zero.

Maybe depends on what's available on the grey market....

I'm long but shows as zero in the proceeds account.

If dividends are paid but the company stays private the dividend will be paid into my account as normal I was told.

There are no payouts. With IG all the longs and shorts have gone into a Proceeds account. Just looked and my long position is still in there.

They stay in there indefinitely I was told or until the company relists or does not exist. Not sure what happens though if FRR relist on another exchange.

Apologies for my earlier message but what I was trying to convey was that given all the geological information amassed from the region over the decades that it is obvious that a lot of oil and gas is there. How can this be denied? It seems obvious to me that there are factions within Georgia that could gain personally from this and don't want close ties to the west.

They must still believe old fashioned rhetoric will work in Georgia and nobody will question what they say. Or is it a case of say it enough times then it must be true. Therefore expect more rhetoric to come.

The positive I take from all this is that what they have found and flowing is extremely commercial.

The box is definitely brimming.

It seems to me that some people in Georgia are getting desperate.

Fundamental research of the geology in that part of the world you have to say that the chances are extremely good that commercial oil and gas are likely to be found in that region of Georgia. Hence the exploration by so many companies. Don't forget BLOE's recent nearby successes. They are not even sure what they have got yet....but it is commercial.

The other side of the argument is that if the shorters were not allowed to short then Zaza may have been able to deliver by now. At least the share would not have delisted.
