Also, proven management with regional experience, can’t fault them so far. 2018 H2 is a very important year, management intend to bring on Ubima and Gbetiokun, diversifying their oil export route. The kione will decline as all conventional reservoirs do over time, however rathole you fail to mention the Dempsey well intersects a number of deeper reservoirs with high formation pressure that are yet to be optimised. On success of fracture stimulation the well will go on flowing commercial gas and generating further cash flow. Fraction stimulation has been a proven solution to tight reservoirs of the forbes, kione And Guinda formation already in the Sacramento basin, and Dempsey intersects all of these plus others that are still being studied.

The D1000 sands will be perforated at a future date to maintain the production rate. The Company will make a further announcement once an initial stabilised production rate from the Opuama-7 well is achieved.” Looks like the workover will revisit opuama 7 to perforate the D1000 sand. On success of ems 1001 there are 4 further oil prospects all within 3D siesmic fraccion C. One other prospect has 2 targets, most likely in the Springhill and the Tobifera so sounds like a analogue if ems 1001. I’m pleased the drilling rig remains in region with CGC, I wonder when it’s coming back?

2 other wells in fraccion D flowed at 3mmscfd from the Tobifera so bodes well. 2.5mmscfd from the Springhill, so on success of a successful flow test this should give 4 wells for the pipeline ...
