Future growth.... how will that ever be achieved with JG at the helm? His incompetence as a businessman is now plainly clear to see, yet still ignored. Any future consolidated company will just suffer in the same way. I wouldn't be surprised if he is not given a rise and awarded a bonus in shares.

And this was changed from the end of March 2020 date. They have no idea what they are doing or what they are writing.

And now all the delays associated with production issues.......... WTF. I thought these people were the so called experts.

I will be surprised if this does not fall to new lows tomorrow.... with an increased market cap to salary % for JG who deserves nothing.

Well certainly some strange price action within the last hour before close. Shot up to 0.084 only to come crashing back down to end 1.47% up....... certainly appears to be some jiggery pokery going on......... Or is it just my suspicious mind ? :-)

We are all going to have to wait another week and a day since its just been announced the meeting will take place on Tuesday 31st March. Probably the virtual board are having to endure an extra weeks virtual quarantine before being allowed out....LOL

So we have an update on the profit warning and now an update on the board meeting and approval of results..... So many announcements in such a short time, I'm beginning to feel overwhelmed and dizzy.......... Too much information for my brain to handle... It's just not used to it........LOL

No way Bothwell can advise where it came from as it would probably lead to post removal, which would lead to all posts on the same subject matter being deleted as well.... Probably always a good idea to cut and paste a posts subject and add a 1,2,3...etc when responding in the hopes they don't get deleted too. (seems to be automatic once a post is earmarked for deletion).

Really amazing how only a few doom and gloom posts can cause our stalking narcist to raises its ugly head.

This feeling is short-lived as it is only a state of mind, and most people who have any sense of understanding of human psychology know that people that do this are only doing it because they feel insecure, competitive, hardheaded and lack confidence often in their own intellect or are in need of covering tracks.

A person who has to have the last word is fundamentally flawed. Their flaws are for the world to see. They may be charismatic and draw people in, but if you look at their posts on social media, you will see a common thread of narcissistic, egocentricity and a need for supremacy.

Those who have to have the last word feel uncomfortable when that power is taken away from them and they usually end up fighting or in an argument because this has been taken away from them. They lash out and look for ways to rectify this.

People with this "disease" usually strive to be the only voice over the people around them. They often never rise to the top in career or business, so they adapt their personal profiles so that they can be seen as "winning" in some area that they feel no-one can compete.

I'm sure the receipt of the 4mill USD from the China submission is earmarked for the FDA progress given that Gibson's loan is about 4.5mill which only covers his Salary for 3 years when the loan agreement is up. He certainly played that right. Lend the money at 4.5% interest to pay yourself a salary......... Damned incredible.

Very strange that no one has stepped up to the plate to fund the FDA approval by way of a license agreement. Does that tell us that no one is actually interested ?

Although he may use the Covid-19 as an excuse for the price drop, this is not completely true since our drops are far in excess of the global markets. Its now becoming ridiculous.

As of today, JG's salary is about 9% of market cap. Yes, I am afraid I do go one about this because it is a complete disgrace. If any of the BOD read any of this, DO YOUR JOB and replace the parasite for someone who actually knows what they are doing.

Preliminary announcement in respect of its final results will be after office hours next Monday...23rd March.

JG's salary now stands at 7.83% of the market cap, just so we know where the placing/income from agreement money is going which could be used towards much needed product awareness activities.

They probably removed it as its far too distressing given the other rubbish that is still showing

Interestingly in 1999 the Dow average was max at circa 10,400. Today its 21,200.
The FTSE, however, was circa 6940 in 1999, yet today its 5328 !!!

The us economy certainly has expanded since then. The UK on the other hand has certainly had a sluggish 20 years.

Whether a salary or some deferral payment in another way, it is far far too much for someone who has since the TO allowed the company to be taken down onto its knees. Just think if his salary was prorated the same way, today it would be around the 100k usd / annum mark. I wonder how much harder he would work to get it back up, quite a lot I would suspect.

Although we may be tracking the world, its now surely well overdone here now given the huge % drop in just a couple of weeks.

JG's salary is now approx. 6.85% of the market cap. I am sure there cannot be many companies where the CEO's salary can come even close to that.
