Not really thinking of that since, as you write, no news....on any front. Since they messed up the FDA application (hence the 5 years after agreeing a definitive way forward till the phase II started) and the fiasco with the 20/12 dose cannister launch in the UK, which we narrowly managed to get the green light on (we are talking only a couple of days here), I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't fcuk up the Chinese process and the phase II/III processes too. Still no update on the gov website to advise if phase II actually has completed or even been further delayed.

I am hopefully we will see some return before the payment of JG's salary and further dilution to pay for it sends the company into administration. Unfortunately any chance of getting him out has long past, unless of course JM comes to his senses and puts business and sharehder value well before mates, which I very much doubt as this is just a hobby to him using his personal petty cash for the fun of it. I still don't get how he could write in last years AR how he was dissapointed in the company not seeing a profit when there is an annual loss of 28mill US (just think what sales would have been needed in Europe for RPG to surpass that). He certainly has his head in the clouds. No, scrub that. Even in the clouds is far too low. Change that to "well withn the stars".....lol.

Keep a look out for any posts from Monsieur secretsquirrel22 since he has posted of imminent rises just before a p&d and has admitted to some knowledge of what has been going on here, although I have noticed his absence on this last one. Maybe he feels we may have cottoned on by now. Heimdel, I feel is posting in all good faith since he is providing some informative broker information and not making exaggerated predictions on possible share price movement.

It certainly seems that way. The only possible alternative is a shareholder wanted in or wanted to increase a holding on the back of possible news (FDA phase II results ?) and given its a traded share many hawks jumped in on the sudden rise hoping to make a few %. This sudden rise triggered a stream of day Traders....etc etc (Hence Heimdel’s post about a Long list of brokers waiting to buy). A bit like what must have happened on the UK launch debacle where nigh on all the companies shares were traded. (I’m sure, like during the UK launch share action,many paid the price with its sudden demise and lost their pants)

After that turmoil, no news of any significant holders which could indicate no big holders and what supports this is no large shareholder/s voted to prevent J.G. being reemployed or even to prevent his disgusting salary. As far as I can see only two shareholders voted against it and one one of those only held 150k shares. Not enough to do diddly squat... ;-)

Just my opinion/speculation on the matter of course as there isn’t really anything to make me think otherwise.

It doesn't just lack class, It also is a complete lack of professionalism. It is, however, completely full of incompetence.... ;-)

I would certainly be glad to be proved wrong, but currently as things stand. Reneging on all fronts regarding launch dates (and I wouldn't be surprised if that doesn't include the FDA phase II completion date), the CEO and BOD certainly are a no morals, overpaid, incompetent and spineless bunch.

A couple of poor sods bought near todays high only to see the day end at nigh on a 30% loss, not bad for a days investing ....LOL Although I am sure they probably had a stop loss set so may have only lost a few % (If they were lucky) :-)

And back to where we were last week. And next week we will back to where we were at the beginning of this week with some holders, holding significantly less .... LOL
