CI6, who knows what is going on. If there is news, its a damned shame that a deliberate leak is made before genuine shareholders are informed whos hands are tied since its currently a closed period. If there is news,... and that's a big If. It could just be the HK/Macau launch as this is way past its sell by date. I cannot see a change in the EU approval making any difference as its all about sales for that.

Of course it could be that FDA pahse II is complete and a licensee has stepped in and offered to pay 500mill squidaroonies for the rights (or even China). But I am sure that is just one of my fantasies coming out (can tell you what the others are since I'll be arrested)....LOL

Ahhh but Heimdal in Nov 2018 it was an orchestrated pump and dump. SequretSquirrel22 came on here touting it would hit 1HKD but it only reached 0.46HKD or there abouts, if memory serves me correctly. Of course he would tout 1HKD as he didn't want any PI's selling to stop the run and knowing greed is a great controller, he used this to allow his crowd to off load.

If this continues tomorrow and next week, then I'll throw my hands up in the air and stand corrected, but at the moment past history dictates my feelings on this, as I would suspect it does for a few others here.

The company needs to prove itself as incompetence currently rules.

It still has to go up another 80% from the now current price just to get to the loan agreement price, so we will need at least another 3 days of the current rise to reach it.

Having seen this being worked over the last few months with a few P & D's along the way, anything is possible with this share.

What I don't understand is: Even if there were a leak, how can so many brokers be in the know at the same time, unless it has been orchestrated. Nothing surprises me anymore regarding this share ?

And lift off starts from about 0.25 (loan agreement) since we are still well below ground at the moment.

Its now a throw of the dice as to whether or not this will bear fruit.

You are right about the inner circle. Who in their right mind would continue to support a 1.5mill USD salary for doing absolutely nothing apart from oversee a total destruction of shareholder value. Larger companies where the ceo's are paid less and who performed no where near as bad as ours would have been replaced long ago.

His salary today now stands at an excessive 5.78% of the companies market cap :-O

Still no update on the gov website which makes me think the end date will more than likely be the end of March as originally posted.

A string of buys this afternoon with a finish of 1mill shares someone thinks this may increase ?

I hate to disappoint, but the Bod have not one bit of experience in Pharma or sales than my basket of vegetables. The only person with any of that is Dr Mike and he doesn’t make the decisions and appears to not be involved in anything other than Fortacin, which is strange given he is the chief scientific officer (no involvement in the DBC when it was alive or even the recent CBD fiasco).

Remember the DBC ? Nearly a 3million squid loss in 3 years. The remainder (less than 300k) was after selling the RPG holding to JM. Is that a sign of experience ? And they keep making references in announcements to investments in other products (apparently to appease the HKSX since the company is an investment company). Given that they are knowingly lying to shareholders, is that a sign of professionalism ?

Correct me if Im wrong, but haven’t the BOD and CEO only ever been involved in mining ?

All we can wait for is the phase 2 study finishing and moving forward to phase 3 with a hope of a license agreement being made which I’m sure is down to Dr Mike to head up. Im sure we will only get to know the status of the FDA in the year end annual report which I would expect early March based on the previous years releases.

And with respect to China. As I posted before. When I met JG in the Regent offices in June of 2016. He categorically stated that China was not on their list of priorities because of all the red tape and timelines. Obviously that changed after there was a possibility of China relaxing their approval process for drugs approved in other regions. They are now desperate given they progressed it after and with the view it could still take anywhere from 3 to 5 years. Why the fcuk did they not start the process back in 2014 following the EU approval. We would surely have gotten the approval by now. Incompetence of the highest order I’m afraid. Let’s all hope 2020 is a year to change Regents future.

Yes, I agree nothing can be done now and we have to accept the current situation, however. My only hope is that the CEO and the BOD are all replaced this year by a basket of vegetables which in my opinion would definitely do a far better a job. ;-)

Given what has transpired with respect to EU sales, I do wonder if sales in either of the two regions will be as they predict. Although EU sales were expected to be lackluster, they were certainly not expected to be the disaster they have been (Remember JMs preamble of the 2018 year end results..."disappointed RPG didn't make a profit". For RPG to make a profit, they would have needed 28mill USD just to brake even given the yearly write down). The guy and it would appear our management have their heads well and truly stuck up eachothers asses or in the clouds. Why wasn't some of JG's salary used to do a bit of market research to back up the continuous EU sales predictions given in the presentations....last one being in March 2019 and that's after many months of disastrous sales. god knows what goes through their non-professional brains.

It seems to me that although there is this constant "one in 4 sufferers" etc etc, neither RPG or Recordati did any proper market research as to how many of these one in 4 would come out of the woodwork and visit a doctor and although there is advertising in the US, it will have no impact if sufferers are too embarrassed to seek help.

The FDA gov website still indicates the 31st Dec as a finish date for the phase 2 study, why has this not been updated to indicate it has finished or even revised to indicate a later date (It was originally the end of March)? JG is now using the so called "closed period" to not provide any information, but it certainly wont stop him from advising of another profit warning. I really think he has no incentive and never has. The longer it takes, the more he makes (I'm a poet and I don't know it)....LOL

I'm sure there is nothing ominous about that. It would appear the "fat controllers" cannot be arsed to update the webpage in a timely manner. I mean, I had to request through JG that they updated to reflect the 31st December study finish date as given out in the RPG announcement and that took several day to do. We all know how backward in coming forwards JG is even with a sky high salary. I still wonder what he is getting paid for since no Recordati Launch or HK/Macau launch in 2019 (and even if one could argue that the license agreements take it out of his hands, that is BS since no one signs any agreement only to allow for reneged launch dates - but then again, incompetence comes in many forms). The guy is a total waste of space....and money.
