Apols. I didn't really answer your question, although bananas and diamonds certainly could mean a reevaluation. Certainly not sure why they would include it now when sentiment is so low. We will probably have a better idea if we can decipher the usual BS in the AR.... ;-)

Yup certainly incredible. I never thought it would be allowed to go this low. Maybe they have now just realised they bought a banana instead of a diamond. Certainly makes one think some "false" (I'll let you add a more accurate word here) statements were made in RNS's and announcements.

Given the % that was part PLE and RPG during the take over (65%/35% respectively). PLE shareholders now have 11.9mill squids worth and RPG have 6.45 mill squids worth. Correct me if I am wrong but before the TO was announced, both companies had a market cap of about 25mill squid each. Since then, we have launched the product and have a license agreement for China and the rest of Asia....... certainly makes no sense whatsoever, does it.......

And although the SP can jump on volume, the sp is going to have to increase by 500% just to get back to 0.5HKD.
As I have mentioned before, such large increases can psychologically put shareholders off.

OK, so further investigation would indicate the valuation was based upon sales for the 5 main regions and only to 2023.

So another couple of years and the profit warnings will be more palatable....LOL

I think it was also being written back when the SP was 0.2, 0.175, 0.15, 0.13 and 0.115. So its anybody's guess.... ;-)

Well that last announcement certainly had an impact. Now below 0.1 and JG's salary stands at 6.5% of the market cap.

Something that POM pointed out, although I cannot find where it is included in the announcements, is that the valuation put on the product for the TO was based on future US sales (maybe some other poster can find it or correct me on the matter). If indeed correct, this indicates that RPG have now lowered their expectations of US sales of the product....when and IF they finally happen.

Pp, I like to think I'm a nice guy, even with 3 legs n 4 arms. But one has to deal with the cards that are played. My choice to stay, but only on the possible US approval process. I may be lucky enough to get my invesement back. But I now only have faith in the product. JM JG and the bod are laughable. Especially JG who is now legally robbing the shareholders of whatever money is made from placings and license agreement process payments. No morals whatsoever. I'm afraid even Dr Mike doesn't appear in the picture anymore apart from his name appearing on the gov website. The fact that he cannot even update the website 2 months after the expected completion date is beyond me. What's the point of having the web site if it cannot be updated in a professional manner. Its either delayed or completed. Easy as that.

He's not just a parasitic lawyer, but a parasitic CEO too. There are not that many who can make that claim.... :-)

But rest assured, JG still receives his 1.5 mill USD for doing SFA......well that's apart from bringing the company to its knees.

So, now they are seeking independent reviews because they feel the profit warning isn't showing enough of a loss for them. Has anybody told the BOD that they are meant to be increasing shareholder value and not the other way round....... LOL

The Group will record a loss attributable to the equity holders of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2019 of between US$67 million (or approximately HK$522.60 million) to US$70 million (or approximately HK$546 million), as against that of between US$42 million (or approximately HK$327.60 million) to US$45 million (or approximately HK$351 million) as referred to in the February Profit warning.

This is due to the preliminary estimated impairment loss on the fair value of an intangible asset, being Fortacin™, a non-cash item, of approximately US$25 million (or approximately HK$195 million), which has resulted from the independent review undertaken after the February Profit Warning.

That was meant to be phase 2 completed at the end of Dec with possible approval to progress to Phase 3 in March, which obviously has not happened (unless they are withholding information).

Yes, I was wondering on that too. We have not even received approval to progress to phase 3 from phase 2 yet, which according to the update last year should have been Dec 31, however. Given there has been no announcement to say the phase 2 has completed or the gov website updated likewise now indicates it was all probably BS. As such, returning to the original date of a end of March completion, if that was ever a possibility, we may see FDA approval next year.

Rest assured there is no reason the usual profit warning is not given, however.
There are only two possible reasons I can see for not giving one:
1. The company was sold on the 31st December.
2. The product was sold on the 31st December.
Take your pick .....lol ;-)

Not even one buy today, just continued sellers. are they actually making any money selling at this price....Quite baffling really and I ask again; given that this is meant to be an automated system, who is buying the shares ???

I'm not so sure OTC will make that much difference unless some advertising goes hand in hand. If no advertising, how do sufferers know its out there ? Also, I don't think sales for Promiscent are mind blowing OTC, which, although a inferior product, I understand still does the job.

Well I guess something is better than nothing.

I cannot see how lowering the price will draw more sufferers out of the woodwork. It doesn't matter what the price is, sufferers will still be backwards in coming forwards. Will this be the new OTC price ? Its now closer to "Buy one, Get one free".

It's very easy to be negative given the inexperienced, incompetent, misleading and lying bod/ceo. And although I am still positive about the product, as there is a need. How well the product is received and sold is down to so called experienced, professional people who, as we know, couldn't manage themselves out of a brown paper bag.

I am certain with a bod and CEO with the relevant experience (pharm products and sales and not mining) things could have been so much more different. Although we will at some point reach good sales, it is going to take far longer than any of us could have imagined.

Yes, I understand that currently the sales are driven by sufferers coming out of the woodwork, but Im sure the SP would not have tanked if it were not for the lies and deception being used in announcements. We also would be much further along in approval processes if bad decisions had not been made earlier.

All we can hope is the upcoming news will help bolster the lagging SP. And new license agreements are forthcoming associated with the FDA process.
