Seems So, no other reason for the rise. Unfortunately I am afraid there will be many a small trader who got their fingers burnt at around the 0.1 mark. Mind you the small traders probably have a +/- 10% stop loss on their trades, so prob many sells could also be them just jumping out before moving on to the next one, however. As mentioned, all probably started by the brokers pumping and buying a few 10k's to shift the price upwards, the rest is then down to the greedy few driving it further (not knowing what the news is and investing on impulse).... ;-)

Yet another short lived rise. I would hazard a guess that the price is artificially lifted to create some liquidity and allow for the brokers to offload the cheap shares they have been buying around the 0.07 mark. AIMHO of course ... lol

At close, up 30%. Unfortunately it will all disappear next week....LOL

Well, the afternoon hasn't disapointed. Up 52% so far although I still don't get it. Unless they are hoping for a placing at around the last one of 0.215 after 15% discount.... :-)

Well. Does anyone else think that the 1 share traded yesterday was a sign that an announcement was to be made that very same evening ? I wonder if a 1 share traded means a positive day following. Maybe a 2 means a disastrous day to follow ... :-O.... lol

Certainly in contrast to the drop experienced the time the China/Orient license agreement announcements were made, although, at the time, the market cap was about 4x more .... ;-)

And of course now the SP is being driven by the usual ("OH look a share is suddenly booming, I'll punt a few dorrars in the hopes of getting a good % for the day"). AIMHO......of course :-)

Well, I certainly don't believe what I am seeing today. This is, in my opinion, being deliberately driven up in preparation for a placing (I wouldn't be too surprised if it wasn't the company itself or those attached to the company who are purchasing the shares). Why else would this go up with yesterdays announcement which was diabollackal (lol) and then with an included major mistake on date.

Information regarding the company is in my opinion being deliberately leaked. Why else did buying and price pick up lats week ? This now makes me realise that the information on the phase II trial numbers were leaked towards the end of last year hence the sudden drop from 0.25 to less than 0.1 within a matter of days. It was only on August 23rd last year that investors were told:
"The Food and Drug Administration of the United States (the “US”) Department of Health and Human Services (the “FDA”). In this respect the Phase II validation study of Fortacin™ in respect of the FDA approval process has continued in the US and is now estimated to complete by the end of 2019". How they could write that when it must have been obvious numbers involved were dismal and would not be met by year end.

And there is still no clarification on the manufacturing process problem.

Why was this information not relayed to shareholders at the time when the date of completion was missed ??? 12 months ago, they gave shareholders the impression that everything was moving along smoothly.....yet more lies.

They talk about the China submission being only 1 month delayed, yet it will be nigh on a year. Why not write it the way it is ???

And Orient.....thats a disaster gradually happening.... still no HK and Macau launch.....

And with respect to the Recordati progress....how can shareholder ever be expected to believe that carp given that everytime RPG/JG put pen to paper there are just lies and delays...

The.Italian, as you mention "why now" particularly since they are probably in a closed period for the mid year results....Yet another profit warning.

I would suspect that they are now running on oxygen and the update, they hope, will help lift the share price so they can try and get more money for a placing with the inevitable dilution for a huge unearned salary.
