Well, Given todays volume and price action, making, whats that now, the 4th or 5th time since the July Operation update (which were not really mind blowing) that there has been early morning buying (today we had 4 large buys totaling 5mill shares within 3 minutes), I'm now of the speculative opinion that this is no normal P'n'D, but something more interesting. Is it just me or does it seem the price is being kept around 0.1 to allow largish buys ?

The next question is why ? Particularly when the announcement news is basically the same "delays, delays, delays". The only real difference is that RPG are now stating a 20 to 24 month valuation period from NDA to FDA approval even though the company has explicitly stated "Based on a maximum 10 month assessment period under the protocol defined by the Prescription Drug User Fee Act as currently advised by the FDA here ==> https://www.fda.gov/patients/drug-development-process/step-4-fda-drug-review#:~:text=Once%20FDA%20receives%20an%20NDA,whether%20to%20approve%20the%20drug. ).

Could this all be a ruse to allow some entity to buy in at a lowly price (who would actually want to buy given the timeline news) unless whoever it was had some inside knowledge ?

Purely speculation on my part, but something is definitely up if RPG are openly announcing misleading information which is at odds with the certifying authority itself and since first announced there have been several large buying sprees.

Am I being overly optimistic ??? I mean they did announce this (see next post) in 2014 which I still find confusing since there has been no explanation of what went wrong.

A strange day today. 6.1m sells and only 2m buys, yet the price finished level...probably due to that last 10k buy....lol

Although off topic, I make ref to it since in their final results they include this...

I'm still confused as to why RPG offloaded a 3m squid investment after only 3 years for 260K to JM since the loss of the remaining 260K would have been a drop in the ocean compared to current operating costs. Was it really in shareholders interests to sell or was it just a way for Jim to increase his holding in the company at only 8% of the original cost ???

I’m sure they are all very “EXCITED” to be working there and for JM/JG. A circus comes to mind since they have both clowns and monkeys........ ;-)

Well, that certainly was unexpected since I was expecting a drop, however.

I cannot help but think that maybe the price was being pumped (unsuspecting investors not seeing the interim announcement, but buying due to broker pumping who only want to offload. I mean; although it ended up in positive territory, there were, by the end of the day, more sells than buys and the sells were mostly in the afternoon. Either that or someone does know something given the recent rises and buy magnitudes. Tomorrow will be interesting........

I do notice that it states on page 24 of the interim's that "in this regard, has implemented certain cost cutting measures, including an across the board 30% reduction in fees and salaries of its Directors, employees and consultants" I wonder if that includes our intrepid leader, but even 30% is far too little. In my opinion it should have been 60% for him just for bad performance.

The.Italian, I wouldn't read too much into the "longevity" bit since they also state "the Group’s healthcare, life
sciences and wellness investments are far less sensitive to macro-economic fundamentals and fluctuations and remain its core focus". What investments ??? Back then, if I am not wrong, the stock price was about 0.3, so they could have issued shares to pay for it. if they do it now, its going to dilute the fcuk out of us..... total incompetence,,,,,but whats different.

Too busy posting to see you had already noticed this too...... Yup shareholders have never been informed of this. The last I can recall is we were informed it would be paid by the 1st August 2019......

And yet our Chairman in his 2019 roundup (made on the 31st March 202) states....

"Our strategy remains the same and our balance sheet has us well positioned to deliver on this"

How on earth is this possible ....scratching head again. The balance sheet is in total meltdown......

And.... I thought this had been paid through the disposal of Venturex shares last year ???

As a recap, extracted from the 27th May 2019 announcement........
The Company agreed to pay to the Australian Taxation Office an amount of AUD 9.5 million (or approximately USD 6.73 million or HKD 52.49 million) (the “Settlement Amount”) in full and final settlement of the Dispute, payable within 90 days of the date of the settlement agreement or by 17 June 2019 (the “Settlement Agreement”).

"By way of an update, the Company is pleased to announce that it has today entered into a deed
of instruction and release (the “Deed of Instruction and Release”) with the Australian Taxation
Office to extend the due date for the payment of the Settlement Amount from 17 June 2019 to 1 August 2019".

--------- So it should have been fully paid by the 1st August 2019 (over a year ago !!!) WTF !!!...Yet now....

"As at 30 June 2020, the Group has paid almost half of the settlement amount owing to the
Australian tax authorities in respect of its dispute in connection with a disposal by the Group
of an investment in BC Iron Limited (“BCI”). The Group anticipates paying the remaining
portion of A$4.94 million (or approximately US$3.47 million) in late 2020".

Where on earth is the company going to get the money to pay this? The remaining phase II, Phase III costs, JG's disgustingly unearned salary and now the remainder of the tax liability ? The company will only receive the 4million usd from China by the end of the year and that's no where near going to cover all the remaining outgoings !!! Yet they still write " the Group continues to look closely at a number of acquisition and investment opportunities in the healthcare, life sciences and wellness sectors, including opportunities to enter into the longevity sector, with a particular focus on patented technology to help identify individual
biological aging markers". With what ??? We have not got any money !!!

And doesn't this mean Wanbang have already submitted the INDA since we are already in Q3

Doesn't "by Q3" mean before Q3 or on the last day of Q2 as opposed to during Q3, sometime in Q3, at the beginning of Q3 or even at the end of Q3 ???

I find this statement very surprising.......

Recordati and Pharmaserve (North West) Limited (“PSNW”) are in discussions on issues

You should really try and read the announcements (operations update) when they come out since its indicated quite clearly in there. JG has stated that the NDA submission would be early 2021, yet approval wouldn't be expected till the beginning of 2023. Since The FDA advise that it normally takes 6 to 10 months, why is JG stating a much longer period, which he has confirmed as not an error ? Either he no longer trust his own predictions, which is understandable since he has never gotten one scheduled date correct in the last 7 years or he knows there will be a problem and the FDA will want more tests/clarifications. All a bit strange when Dr Mike himself, who is handling the FDA submission process, thinks it will be 6 to 10 months.

As stated many times before. It is quite obvious JG is incompetent and totally out of his depth. Continuously lying and misleading shareholders, yet he still receives a 1.5mill USD salary for doing so, which he loans back to the company for shares at a preferential rate and with interest. How they can call that legal god only knows. And the icing on the cake, JM will not do anything about it. Thick as thieves comes to mind.

What else is there to be ? The on;y alternative is being depressed and throwing ones self off a building and I don't bounce that's for sure....LOL

No different than anyone else. We have all been let down over and over again with lies and incompetence, however. Although at each turn we tell ourselves "its just around the corner", one day that corner will finally lead to our destination. Hence "the long and winding road", which I believe could start to be by the end of this year or middle of next..........depending on current incompetence levels....lol. What else is there left to go wrong ? Even monkey's get it right in the end. :-)

"It may mean nothing at all" ( the words taken from Bros's 1987 song "I owe you nothin" ?), but why invest now and buy so many shares.......Something is afoot. That said; at close with 61 buys vs 51 sells and more buy volume than sold volume, yet we end the session 2.25% down. Is the price being artificially pushed down to fill expected buy orders ? We will see tomorrow.

Another sudden buying spree with one at 3mill shares and 2 at one million. this certainly doesn't feel like the normal P'n'D (for me the buys are too large rather than lots of small ones as previously), but feels more like someone knows something and news may be expected. Why else would someone buy 3mill shares (they are probably one and the same of the other large buys) when its well know and documented (to be supported by next weeks interim results) the company currently has no money and must surely be considering a placing ?

Certainly points to something positive soon to be coming out of the company. All speculation on my part but the recent large buys is either pointing to something positive or its some wealthy incompetence newbie, although I don't think so :-)

Also, looks like they don't want to pay more than 0.11... :-)
